  We had a wonderful stay at this oasis of tranquility. The house was beautifully maintained, everything one might need--and more--was available. Hard to think how it ould be improved. And service was excellent, especially considering we arrived in the wee small hours of the morning. Just great!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We rented this house for 5 days over Memorial Day weekend. It was heaven! The house is exactly as advertised. I have to give credit to the owners for their attention to detail. Everything is exactly as one would want it to be - from the beautiful design of the home and furnishings to the utensils in the kitchen. The entire house is designed for comfort and relaxation. The beds and linens are super comfortable and the towels are fluffy. But everything is also low maintenance. We felt very at ease in the house. There is also a very good DVD selection and two nights we stayed in and watched movies. It was the perfect end to a wonderful day in the pool.

  My sister and our husbands stayed at the house for 10 days... and wanted to stay longer. The privacy aspect is perfect (albeit odd because it's in a subdivision). The amenities inside and outside the house are also perfect. Outside shower is great. Furniture is comfy. We had a small issue with the kitchen sink which was happily fixed pronto; the kitchen is top notch. Wifi works great. Sound system is the best. Bedding is wonderful, too! A TV in the living room would be the single thing we could have used. Loved it! We will be back!

  We felt instantly at home as we walked in the front door & we were in a lovely, private courtyard of our own with a pool, lawn, private sitting areas off the Master & one other bedroom. Lemon, lime and orange trees providing an abundance of fruit, and sweet little hummingbirds dashing in to take a dab of water from the sculptural water feature. Indoors, all the amenities needed for a family of four (two adult children) in style--bold, cheery accent walls refreshing after a very grey winter in Vancouver. Two sitting area, two fireplaces.. Yes, we'll be back! Very near downtown Palm Springs, airport and great high end grocery store Jensons, 25 minutes from Indian Wells for the tennis tournament. Well located, interesting midcentury modern architecture! and great hikes at Indian Canyon.

  My boyfriend and I stayed her for a weekend last month. This was our second time in this house. It was chilly in Palm Springs! Fortunately this house had two fireplaces (we only used the on in the TV room, though) and central heating. It was a do nothing weekend. We stayed in most of the time, watched "Legally Blond," ate ice cream and made waffles---yummy! The place is tastefully decorated, the kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are very comfy.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway.

  From the excellent sound system, great decor, comfortable furniture, pool & bar area, this home rocks! We have rented many times in this area, even on this street and will definitely return. Perfect home for a small party, well thought-out and in great condition. The owners take great pride in the place and it shows. Mike & Sebastian were a pleasure to deal with. We would give this property our highest rating.

  We had a wonderful time in this great desert retreat. It has everything you could wish for - no matter if you want to work, play, or just relax. Lot's of cosy places to hang out, read, talk, listen to music, watch movies, both indoors and at the pool. The house is full of little details that made our stay a pleasant experience from the first moment on. I am not going to spoil surprise by listing all of them here, but i have to mention the sound system with individual volume controls for each room and a connector readily waiting for an ipod to be plugged in. My personal favorite was the into-a-game-room-converted garage -- complete with Fussball table, ping-pong table, dart board and even an air hockey table. The only downside was the next day's muscle pain caused by intense air hockey sessions. This is how I like to spend my time off! At the end of our stay, no one really wanted to leave and we are all looking forward to coming back in the near future... Kilian Koepsell (kilian-at-koepsell.de)

  ... saying that "the house was amazing" would be simply a common fact as in "Palm Springs is hot"... EVERYTHING the house is does not fit the simple, though very true descriptions of "great", comfortable", " beautiful " or even "an amazing piece of art" that, as I said, it REALLY is.... The house has such a warm energy to it, that one can tell every little piece, every detail was done with love and thought of creating a HOME: from the energizing colors and complete electronic amenities of any kind, through the cool little details and great fun "stuff" behind he Ticky Bar (I will not even disclose about all the fun awaiting for you there -- go see it by your self!!!!) to the candle-holders on the tree with the hammock, the sunny outdoor shower or the hanging chairs in a private garden space outside every bedroom... The guys have done an AMAZING job...!!!! I am not even ashamed to say that in a city offering so much fun and entertainment like Palm Springs, plus the fact that I and my friends, who flew in from Europe, were there for a wedding -- we would still much rather prefer to spend most of our time in the house!!!! On my way back to San Francisco I was already making plans how can I possibly "create" and spread out till the end of the year a few long weekends to spend in this beautiful oasis.   This was simply the best stay in the US we had so far. The whole property is designed with much taste. The rooms are spacious and technically very well equipped. The view is amazing. You'll find anything you need to relax in a classy environment. We had a great time and will definitely come back soon. Claudia and Carlos

  We have stayed at this Palm Springs property at least 4 times. We used to rent a different home each time we would come to the desert, but since we found this lovely mid-century modern home, we no longer wish to stay any place else. It has a great living room for entertaining and a wonderful family room (both with cozy fireplaces). The bedrooms are all very comfortable as are the baths. The kitchen is perfect for making your own meals and comes with everything necessary for a fine dining experience. But our favorite part is the fabulous back yard with it's lovely pool, outdoor wet bar, and fabulous lounge chairs, dining area, BBQ, etc. It is a terrific place to read, swim, relax and have a wonderful vacation. The home is also in a very fine location, close to all the stores and restaurants. The owners keep adding new things to improve the already wonderful property. Our last visit was the week after Christmas and we celebrated New Year's there....the owners left their Christmas tree for our enjoyment....with all the lovely lights and candles, it was just perfect. We will definitely be back for the fifth time soon! Karen and Grant Miller
