Located on a very quite street in the heart of Palm Springs, just minutes from downtown’s shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, this completely updated, mid-century, three-bedroom, three-bathroom house offers you the pampered resort experience Palm Springs is famous for.
The enchantment begins the moment you pass through the double front doors which open into a tranquil courtyard and on to a spacious and private outdoor living area with spectacular mountain and palm tree views. The outdoor area includes a large heated pool with lots of room for sun-worshippers, built-in tiki bar, lounging and eating areas and a large backyard. A soothing fountain, outdoor shower, and two-person hammock nestled under tropical citrus trees complete the peaceful surroundings.
Inside, relax with first class comforts and amenities including a stainless steel gourmet kitchen, three bedrooms plus three elegant bathrooms, extra large living room which includes a black sand gas fireplace and separate dining area. Living room opens up with several French doors to the outside living area and pool. The master suite contains a modern Italian designed California king-size bed with French doors that open onto a private patio. The middle bedroom has an eastern king size bed and French doors that open up to another private lounging area, behind the house. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. A cozy den with a 34 inch TV and second fireplace is also a wonderful place to relax.
This house includes all the high tech conveniences. Besides a phone/intercom system, the built-in stereo system has speakers in all rooms including outdoor speakers around the pool and lounging areas. TV’s, DVD players, and VCR’s can be found in all bedrooms and in the den. Wireless internet access is also available.
Our house is available for weekend, weekly, and monthly rentals.
