THIS LUXURY ISLE OF PALMS VACATION HOME IS THE MOST EXCLUSIVE HOME ON ISLE OF PALMS OF THIS SIZE OR OF THIS EXCELLENCE!
This luxurious, spacious house has 11 bedrooms, 10 ½ baths, private (heated) pool, great ocean views, elevator that goes to all floors, hot tub (NOT jetted), Jacuzzi bath tub, regulation size pool table, TV and phone in every bedroom, and four large decks (one on every level). There is a 40' golf putting green in the side yard which includes a chipping area and a sand trap. Enjoyment for the kids includes a large outdoor playground and a basketball court in the parking area. This house has space to park 10-12 cars. This home also comes with high speed internet (Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. We cannot provide support for guest's personal computer systems.), but you must bring your own computer.
1st Floor: There are four queen bedrooms, two with private baths and two sharing a large bath. The master bedroom on this floor has a king-sized bed and shares a bath with another bedroom which has two extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king bed upon request at least 2 days prior to the arrival date.
2nd Floor: The large great room has access to the swimming pool, pool deck, and hot tub. The king bedroom has pool deck access and a private bath. Two king bedrooms have private baths and access to a large deck overlooking the putting green. The master bedroom on this floor has a king bed, chair bed, master bath with jacuzzi tub and shower, walk-in closet, and private access to a large porch.
Also on this floor is a cabana room which opens to the pool with a regulation size pool table, TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, two queen sleeper sofas, private bath, dressing room for the pool or hot tub, and a washer and dryer for washing bathing suits and beach towels. The pool deck also includes a deluxe gas BBQ grill and a refrigerator.
3rd Floor: The master bedroom on this floor has a 2 queen beds, queen sleeper sofa, a lavish master bath, and a walk-in closet. Also on this floor is a large family room with a wide screen plasma HDTV flat panel TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, enormous gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, and a dining area that seats 30. There is also a powder room, office, and large laundry room. Also on this floor is access to the ocean view sunning deck.

As a note of caution we would like to remind you that this home is located in a residential area, and the community is very sensitive to inappropriate noise levels emanating from rental homes particularly in the evening hours. Therefore we cannot allow parties, and we must prohibit large gatherings at the pool area after 10pm. The noise ordinance is strictly enforced by the Isle of Palms Police. Violations of the noise ordinance could result in fines and/or eviction.
