Why the Owner Chose Blue Ridge
We bought our cabin as a retirement home, but wanted to be able to rent it some to off-set the expense until we retired. We fell in love with the mountains and peace and relaxation the area is known for. We were lucky enough to find this perfect cabin where it is in a community, but still allows for complete privacy. Our cabin with each bedroom having it's own bath and TV, two separate living areas, and over 2700sf of space, allows for privacy even when you have the house full. It's great for get-aways for 2-8 people.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin Rental
Our cabin is close to the Ocoee River - and we love paddling! For the less adventuresome it's also less than an hour from the Nantahala and only 15 minutes to Lake Blue Ridge. Hiking, waterfalls, whitewater, etc. all right here. We also love to go to the Swan Drive-in for new movies in an historic setting. There are great restaurants, shopping, and the people are just so nice. And if you're into art, Blue Ridge has become a semi- "Taos". Lots of beautiful finds from local artists.
