I was looking for a larger home for my family to come down for spring break! I chose this home because it gives your kids the “Disney feel” without the Disney prices! It was everything As described and the very well kept! All the beds were a little different so people could choose which was best for them, multiple children can sleep in one room, the outdoor space was where we spent most of our time, it was all great! Wendy was also fantastic with her communication and attention to detail! Would definitely rebook!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is conveniently located and in a really nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner was very communicative and the house had everything we needed. I highly recommend this house!

On arrival at the property everyone was in awe. It was a superb house and a great location for our Disney/Universal holiday. The property is in beautiful settings inside a gated estate, so nice and secure too. Everything was within easy reach, Theme Parks, shopping and eateries. The hose was superbly decorated, the only issue we had was the fight over who got which bedroom. We paid for the pool heating, a must in February but it paid off. We had a great time around the pool too. The house had everything you would need and the facilities, washing machine and dryer for example, meant we could pack a little lighter. The communication from the hosts/owners was great throughout the initial booking right up to arrival and beyond on return home. I would definitely recommend this house to any large parties stayed in the Kissimmee area.

This house was more than sufficient for our family of 5. House is spacious, clean and comfortable. Host was super communicative making arrival very easy.

Thank you for sharing this perfect escape with us. It was such a peaceful, clean, and comfortable house for our family. The lake view and sunny pool made it hard to leave! The location is ideal for quick Disney trips; the home had everything we needed. Charles and Joanne, you were brilliant, and we hope to return in the future.

Great place to stay and was a perfect location for park access. Owner allowed us to rent a power chair and have it delivered to accommodate Pop sleeping. Has everything you need to feel at home. We will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay at this location. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The only complaint we have is all the mattresses were horrible. They all should be replaced. Each of the mattresses had big holes on each side.
