This Spectacular, Custom Designed Villa is undoubtedly one of the largest and finest available for rental in the Disney area. Our 9 bedroom Villa and two 8 bedroom Villas next door are the only Villas of this size in the most prestigious position, directly on the Lakefront on "The Boulevard" at the Estates Formosa Gardens. All three Villas are next to each other and are set amongst an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens, meandering down to the waters edge.
No expense has been spared in creating these luxury Villas. On entry you are greeted by soaring open plan ceilings and gallery landings, leading to the Grand Master suite with king-size four poster bed and its own lounge with widescreen TV and master bathroom. This room has been created as a honeymoon suite or executive suite for the party leader. There are a total of seven master suites all with full size ensuite bathrooms. Six have King beds, the seventh a Queen, bedroom eight has a Queen and a twin with adjoining bathroom and bedroom 9 has two twins, two of the Kings have their own private poolside access. All bedrooms are furnished with luxury pillow top matresses, window treatments and are beautifully decorated throughout.
There are also two extra twin beds in this villa that can be placed anywhere at your request as most of the bedrooms are large enough to comfortably accommodate extra beds.
The Villa is professionally furnished to the highest standard for the most discerning families and groups who simply want the best. The first lounge has a 60" theatre TV with DVD and surround sound. This room opens directly onto the pool deck. The Villa has two further lounges and a separate dining area also overlooking the pool.
The Villa is equipped with an Xbox games console and games and activities for children.
New for this year is an amazing 660 sq ft Summer Kitchen/Sports room, adjoining the pool deck. The Summer Kitchen has a Gourmet 48" Super Gas Grille, Double fridge freezer, sports bar, lounge area, 60" LED widescreen TV and pool table.
The screened 72 ft X 30 ft pool deck has a large lanai with dining facilities for 20 persons. The heated pool is 45 feet in length with fibre optic lighting and cascading fountains. Twin sunbathing decks both inside and outside the screened area with an abundance of sunbeds and relaxing loungers. The Pool area has wonderful uninterrupted views over beautiful Star Lake. This area is ideal for Wedding receptions, for alfresco dining or simply those romantic evenings under the stars. There is ample off road parking for at least six vehicles.

We recently celebrated my Fathers 70th Birthday, in this Villa, with a big family Reunion. This Villa was amazing, with everything you could possibly want from a rental property, it had huge living areas and nine full size bedrooms. The pool was the largest I have seen, the kids loved it, who needs Disney, when you can stay somewhere like this. It is also in an excellent location, close to many excellent restaurants. The Management Company were also extremely helpful. Will certainly return next time we are over.

Very Dissappointing! The house was certainly not what we had hoped for, and not as the pictures on-line portray it to be. It is old, tired and in need of some work. The carpets were extremely dirty and need replacing. It was not as clean as we would have liked, and generally needs some up-dating and paint work. We were also infested by cockroaches both in the garage and house. The neighboring house, also owned by the same people had the very same complaints as us. The owner did try to sort this out with his management company for us, but it did put a disappointing dark shadow over our otherwise wonderful family vacation.
Owner response:These guests were unhappy from day one, not for the reasons in the review but because they were caught with a large dog in the property, they had also booked the property 14 months prior to arrival and were annoyed that the new description on the website refers to the changes that have now been made for 2012, although they had only paid the old 2010 rates. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and immediately offered our services to appease them, we arranged at our expense for a full mid stay clean, needless to say, the cleaners did not find one single meadow bug(not cockroach) in the house, but there were two dead ones in the garage, this is Florida, it is bug country!! We arranged for an extra pest control treatment, always carried out monthly in our properties, but they could not treat due to the dog!! Since the guests stayed, the Villa has been completely upgraded, as planned, with new carpets, new window treatment, new paintwork, an amazing addition is the construction of a 650 sq ft summer kitchen/ sports bar adjoining the pool deck, new Travertine Marble extended pool deck and new Sunbathing Terrace, inside the 9 bedrooms have been revamped with more King beds and a new 16+ seat Netflix Movie Theatre. New photographs will be posted of the new facilities over the next few weeks.
