Beautiful, 2000 square foot, lakefront home located at the three mile marker on the Big Niangua arm of the lake known for its smooth water, which is great for skiing or tubing. Fishing is good off the dock and in the many near-by coves.
Perhaps you'd prefer just relaxing or sunbathing on one of the two decks. The dock contains a swim platform with ladder and jet ski lift. There is a "martini" deck that extends over the water which is a great place to sunbathe. There are benches around the deck and a picnic table plus lawn chairs. There is also a deck on two sides of the house for those who wish to be outside but out of the sun. Additional lawn chairs and tables with an umbrella are for your use.
Large great room with dining area at one end and a fireplace at the other. Kitchen with lots of built-ins and appliances. All utensils, bedding and linens are furnished.
For the convenience of our other guests, we ask that there is NO SMOKING inside the house, and NO pets. Fireworks are NOT permitted as this is a wooded, residential area.

Really enjoyed this vacation home! Home was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, literally only needed to bring our clothes. Dock and swimming platform was great for our young children to swim and the boat lift was perfect for our boat. This part of the lake was great for boating, and we found a fun lakeside restuarant nearby to eat at and a marina close by where we could put in the boat. Grocery store was about 1 mile away and I enjoyed the secluded road from the main road to the house for my morning run. Owner was wonderful to deal with, great communication. What can we say....the kids have been to Disney World a couple of times and keep on talking about this vacation and how they want to come back! We fully intend to be back next summer!

We loved our family getaway here! This was our second year at this home and once again we had a great time. The house is clean, well-maintained and we get a lot of use out of the dock (for our jet skis & canoes) and decks. There is a grocery store very close and we also went to Ha-Ha Tonka State Park one morning and had a great time. We'll be back next year!

This is the 2nd year we have rented this house for our family vacation. Very nice house with all the amenities needed for a great family vacation. We have been traveling to the lake for 20 years, and love the nice quiet location of this house and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to a nice big grocery store. The house has an awesome martini deck overlooking the lake that was great for visiting and quiet reading.

My family had a fabulous time at your house... The house was lovely and we had the perfect blend of sunshine, boating, tubing, swimming, fishing and fun! Even my teenagers said they had a great time... and that's something! I recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet get-away w/ family or friends.

This place was perfect for a Teacher's get away. We just finished up the school year and wanted a place to shop and relax. This home meet all our needs and then some. We will be back again as we can't imagine a place we would enjoy more. The house is clean and beautiful and the owner was a treat to work with.
