  • Delightful, comfortable, home away from home!

"My family only had a short 3 day visit in The Rose Cottage, but what a delight! I can't wait to rent it again! Every detail was thought through to make this a home away from home. Cosy, quaint comfort greet you from the moment you walk in. We loved our stay and will definitely return! Thank you!!"

  • Lovely House in Morro Bay

"Beautiful, spacious house with views of rolling hills. Good location - a short distance by car to good restaurants and the beach. Our party consisted of 4 adults and 3 children. The layout of the house provided enough space for everyone. The house was well-appointed with sheets, towels and cleaning supplies. It was quite modern in furnishings. It is also in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you!"

  • Fabulous home on quiet estuary

"We just came back from a three night stay in this beautiful home. I wish we could have stayed much longer. The home itself is very roomy, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we could have wished for including binoculars to watch the wildlife. That brings me to the views - WOW! The house is on the estuary, so don't expect rolling waves or a sandy swimming beach. What you get instead, are constantly changing views and lots of wildlife. Besides innumerable birds, we watched an otter swim by and a group of seals nap on a sandbar until the tide moved them along. Every evening, we stood on the deck and picked out constellations. The entire back of the house has large windows so you have great views from most rooms. The furnishings are very high end. We used the fireplace in the living room every evening. There's even one in the master bedroom! The house was extremely quiet and private. It is in a nice neighborhood which we enjoyed exploring on foot. We were a group of three adults celebrating a birthday. We spent one day at the Hearst Castle and then stopped at Piedras Blancas to see the elephant seals. Another day we toured Paso Robles vineyards. We drove through Montana de Oro State Park and were very sorry we didn't have another whole day to spend there. We would highly recommend all of these activities besides trips to Morro Bay and Cambria. This house is conveniently located for all of these and so many more activities. We hope to return again, but next time will stay longer!"

  • Great Family Getaway

"Peggy was great to work with. We had a wonderful time, the house was welcome and inviting for a family getaway. It was clean had all the essentials you could think of, it made you feel like you were at home. The beach was so close we would walk or ride bikes every day. From this housing tract the beach is so quiet it almost feels like a private beach. The town of Morro Bay is just a couple miles away and has amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay here the prices were very reasonable and it made for a wonderful family get away."
