"This property at Canyon Sands is fantastic. The location is excellent to shopping, dining, night life, downtown Palm Springs, hiking, tennis, golf. The Condo itself is fully equipped with everything one would ever need. We spent 3 months in this condo & loved every moment. Rooms are large, bright & airy, furnishings are lovely & tastefully done. Lots of linens, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, everything is there you would need to live as in your own home. There is a double sided fireplace open to the living & dining rooms. An electric fireplace in the Master bedroom. A lovely outdoor patio, a great BBQ etc. The location is excellent as we said, the 7 pools in Canyon Sands are all salt water. Very clean, lots of lounges & chairs. Beautiful Mountain Vistas all around you. The property is very well kept i.e. grass cutting land scaping etc. It is a wonderful place to relax & enjoy all the amenities & comforts of life.go ahead & book this property & have the vacation of your life. We will certainly be back."

  • Absolutely perfect!

"Nici's Pool House is the perfect place to escape! While you will spend most of your time in the luxuriously private backyard with the gorgeous pool, the house itself is extremely comfortable with all of the amenities you would expect in a home and more! Each bedrrom has a TV, the wifi is excellent, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is even a Wii for the kids! We went to the living desert and zoo and did the aerial tram, both of which were great activities, but the Thursday evening downtown art and music fair was the best. The people are so friendly and all have a warm spirit that makes you feel at home. Speaking of warm spirits, the owners of Nici's provide easy instructions for everything in the house and have take great care to provide instructions, recommendations, etc. I can't wait to return to Palm Springs - my new favorite getaway spot! Love it!!"

  • Absolutely beautiful property!

"I stayed here for a weekend with a couple of friends and absolutely loved this property! The beautiful pool, spa and yard area was absolutely amazing, and incredibly private. I love the colorful decor inside the house and the two bedrooms each with their own separate access to the quiet backyard area was perfect for us. It is extremely close to the downtown Palm Springs shopping and dining areas and had great access to nearby grocery stores. James was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and I would definitely recommend this property! Anytime I come back to Palm Springs, I'll be sure to see if this property is available."
