  • Fantastic family compound for holiday or special occaision

"This home was just perfect for my recent 50th birthday celebration in which family and friends from around the country joined us over the new year's holiday week in Palm Springs. The location could not be better- in the beautiful old Las Palmas neighborhood, spectacular views of the mountains from the master bedroom, and dining room, and just a short (and fun) walk past all of the shops on Palm Canyon Drive into the heart of the downtown area. The house, or rather compound, is ideally laid out for a large, muti-family unit get-together where any one or more family members can still 'get-away' from everyone else if they want to chill out, take a nap, sleep in, or generally drift in and out of the large living room, den, dining area and kitchen where we all gathered communally. All of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and the guest bedroom suites off of the courtyard were particularly stunning- the largest being ideal for parents in the bedroom and then children (or related close family members) next door with the huge adjoining bathroom between them. The outdoor area is also beautiful with plenty of room for all to sun and dine outdoors and the cactus gardens and fruit trees were so nice (we had enough delicious fresh grapefruit every morning to feed the whole clan!). The owners could not have been more lovely and gracious throughout the entire rental experience and the property manager who checked us in and out was also so pleasant and professional. Really, I cannot think of enough positive things to say. We will definitely try to rent this property again - it was a delight."

  • Kathy and friends

"My husband, myself and 3 other couples had a very enjoyable stay at this home. The layout of the home was great. It is very spacious and comfortable . I especially appreciated that there were 3 thermostat controls so we could cool each part of the home to suit our individual needs. The pool and yard is beautiful and the surrounding neighborhood was very quiet. It was lovely. We would definitely love to return someday."

  • Amazing!!

"This house was everything I was looking for.. It had a beautiful backyard with a big pool and attached jacuzzi! The heat control for the pool and jacuzzi was very handy because it warmed up the water and swimming in late February became possible! The view from the garden was very nice and relaxing! The size of the house was exceptionally perfect! Everything was clean and ready by the time we got there for the weekend! We had a great time and would definitely go back. We would totally recommend it to others!"
