"Best place if you are looking to celebrate any big occasion with friends or family. We had several friends that came from all over California to celebrate everyone turning 40. The owners of the lodge, Danielle & Scott, were so very friendly, and assisted us with all of the arrangements; from organizing wine tours for our large group, to having an amazing chef come over and cook us one of the best meals we ever had! This place is spacious and very cozy inside. Bonus, that there was a pool and hot tub! Highly recommend this place for your next large gathering of family or friends, you won't regret it!"

"What an amazing time! 13 of us stayed for 5 days at these lovely 2 homes separated by a Koi pond. 4 bedrooms and a small kitchen in one home and 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen in the other could not have been more perfect for everyone including the 6 month old and 6 year old we had with us. The grounds are exquisitely maintained. The houses are so clean; the linens on the beds are crisp and fresh. A utility room off the kitchen has 2 refrigerators with bags of ice in the freezers. The owners Viola and Jim have thought of everything that one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay, and are a phone call away if your group needs anything. Large fluffy towels, thick pool towels, robes, soaps and the kitchen is stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the many outside areas to sit and sip wine while cooking on the gas or charcoal grill provided. We would highly recommend this lovely rental and look forward to returning to this Dry Creek area as there is so much to do that we need to make a trip back. Other reviews are right- the pictures do not do this place justice. It is superbly taken care of and has that “wow” moment when we rounded the corner to check in. We were simply in awe of the wonderful home(s) and gardens.
Restaurant we enjoyed-Willi’s Seafood and Raw Bar (ate there twice!) and the Oakville Grocery for fresh sliced meats and cheeses. Sonoma Canopy Tours-Zip lining provided a great redwood experience and although our hot air ballooning was canceled due to high winds Up and Away Ballooning was a pleasure to deal with."

"This farmhouse provided a wonderful location for the reunion of six college friends, five of whom flew in from the East Coast. The vineyard setting in October was spectacular, and the proximity to excellent restaurants and wineries in the Dry Creek Valley was well worth the journey. We found the house immaculate and accommodating. Interacting with the owners for the booking transaction was painless. We would all highly recommend this property."

"My wife and I stayed in Rich's cottage for our first year anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. The pictures do not do the cottage justice. The inside of the house is amazingly comfortable and was hand built by Rich, the detail and craftsmanship show. The outside is even better, the hand crafted outdoor chandelier, fantastic dining table and perfect pool setting make this an amazing retreat. if I were to buy my own wine country cottage this would 100% be my choice and check all the boxes."
