  • Comfortable, and perfect for wine country

"My wife and I stayed in Rich's cottage for our first year anniversary and it was absolutely perfect. The pictures do not do the cottage justice. The inside of the house is amazingly comfortable and was hand built by Rich, the detail and craftsmanship show. The outside is even better, the hand crafted outdoor chandelier, fantastic dining table and perfect pool setting make this an amazing retreat. if I were to buy my own wine country cottage this would 100% be my choice and check all the boxes."

  • Exquisite home for a private family reunion and wedding vows

"I booked this home for my immediate family and a few of our friends to share in private wedding vows overlooking the Andersen Valley area. It could not have been more picturesque / ideal of a location. The home was lovely and the decks / balconies and patio even better. Everyone was impressed and enjoyed the stay. Per location, it's a bit further than we had initially planned for, but nice and tucked away for a very private experience. It is recommended that you drive up in the daytime, since it is a gorgeous drive with view of vineyards and rolling hills-- and will be easier to find. Overall, I was thrilled with the experience but a few recommendations: To guest: the rooms are great but vary greatly in comfort / convenience and size. There is a very small room upstairs without a bathroom or balcony and a less private, but larger room on the first floor. For this reason, be sure to manage guests expectations appropriately and plan ahead so there are no surprises for this coming with you. If possible, If you have a larger group, try to book longer than a weekend so you can take full advantage of what the house is best for-- relaxing and enjoying the view outside. We spent a lot of time settling in and then packing up and I wish I had ore time to do this. To host: there was plenty of dishes and cups, but we also went through a lot of silverware and there was only actual silver silverware which we weren't able to put in the dishwasher so this was not ideal for large dinners... Per directions, provide the address a little earlier so it's clear how far the location is to travel to. We were confused if the home was in Asti or Healdsburg, when in fact, it's in Cloverdale which was further than we planned with family guests who were arriving and we only got the address a day prior to arrival which delayed us all a bit... But again overall, dream stay that I'd love to come back to for longer!"

  • The Perfect Romantic Wine Country Getaway

"I can't recommend Charlotte and Stan's studio enough. Our stay was so wonderful that we really didn't want to leave. The studio was clean and comfortable, the view from the private deck was lovely (overlooking the vines), and Charlotte and Stan were wonderful and thoughtful hosts. My favorite details were: the fresh flowers in the apartment, the warm croissants in the morning, and the private hot tub. The combination of the great studio and Stan and Charlotte's care really made for the perfect weekend getaway. One thing to note is that the wifi was not very reliable in the studio. In my opinion, this was a good thing. It gave me a real excuse to stop working and sit and "smell the roses". I highly recommend this rental for a romantic getaway in wine country. Stan and Charlotte, thank you for making our stay so wonderful. We hope to see you again soon!"

  • Dry Creek Villa Healdsburg

"A great getaway! The "villa" is located on the owners property surrounded by grape vines! The location, in the hills above WestDryCreek Rd is a world away from from the busyness of the valley below. Whether sitting out on the deck or in the hot tub in the evening, you may hear frogs, crickets and occasional coyote. You won't have to drive far to some great wineries in the Dry Creek Valley. Only a 4-5 mile drive into Healdsburg's eateries and shopping. The house is fully equipped for cooking or barbecuing. After visiting wineries during the day, the villa is a great place to return and relax!"
