  • Great condo for our family

"We usually stay on the gulf side so this was the first time on the bay side. The condo was clean, had all we needed, pleasant decor. The owner was easy to contact and communicate with. The walk to the beach was just across the street and there was a button to push to stop traffic, lots of the time it wasn't needed. Traffic wasn't bad. Walk to restaurant and shops, and a grocery store. The view from the patio was peaceful and well landscaped. We would stay there again. We had a great time on our family trip."

  • FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!

"Let me say upfront that Bert, the owner of this condo, is very attentive and provides a prompt response to any questions that you may have. He is easy to work with -- which is a plus for this condo rental. As soon as you walk through the frond door, you realize that you have made the right choice. The condo is furnished with first class furnishings and almost all amenities are provided. My wife especially liked that Master Bedroom -- as there is a large area adjacent for dressing and bathing. As a side note (and an important one), the mattresses are very comfortable, as well. The complex itself is located directly on the Gulf with a Regular Pool and a Lap Pool. The Regular pool has a hot tub (Spa) and a gas grill for cooking. We actually used the gas grill to fix shrimp one night while there. As you walk from the pool area, you are directly on the Gulf -- which, if you are familiar with this area, provides calm water and soft sand (that is why it's rated as the #1 Beach!). Lastly, the location is near Stickney Point -- which is one of the main access road to Siesta Key. Because of this location, you will have easy access to any restaurant or store that you may wish to visit. By now, you realize that this place is first class and I know you would enjoy renting. When we return to Siesta Key, we will definitely rent again! A special THANKS to Bert for all he did while we were there!"

  • Perfect setting

"Lovely comfortable apartment. Spotlessly clean and plenty of cups cutlery towels etc. Ideally situated for the beach or village and shops. Pool was heated and looked after. Bed was very comfortable and owner had lots of beach chairs etc in his lock up. Would recommend this to anyone. Owner available at the end of a phone or email. Wifi also free. Definitely returning."

  • Great rental with lots to do!

"Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this rental property. It is very spacious and light and airy and equipped with anything you would need. The location was ideal for us as it was a quick 10- 15 min ride to the beach, less than 5 min to the mall and to many restaurants and the movies. The grounds are beautifully maintained and very natural and pretty. There are so many amenities, we wished we had more time! The large and clean pool, shuffleboard, tennis court and outdoor grills around the water and billiard room kept us busy when we weren't at the beach or out to eat. Frederik was great at answering any questions we had and getting back to us quickly. We would recommend this property to anyone as it has a lot to offer for the price."
