"This Craigville Beach home was just as it was described on this site. It was clean, very comfortable and only a 2 minute walk to the beach! It had everything we needed (beach gear, kitchen stuff, BBQ, towels and linens) which saved some time and space when packing the car. The fenced in back yard was great for our yellow lab and 2 year old daughter. The owner, Maria, was very responsive to any and all questions we had. She truly wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time in her house. We look forward to coming back next summer!"

"The property was well maintained, clean and comfortable. It is centrally located and easy to get around the Cape. We had easy drives to local beaches, the National Seashore and Provincetown. The house had all the amenities we would expect and a few we were pleasantly surprised to find, as well. There was a binder containing information on the area, places of interest, beaches and restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone, and look forward to visiting again."

"My family of 10 really enjoyed staying on this Cape Cod property. We thought the location was great. It is a 2-3 min drive to the town center which had very cute shops and restaurants ( certainly within walking distance). Neighborhood seems very safe. The house had plenty of spaces for us (5 bedrooms). The 3 boys enjoyed the room with a bunk bed & twin bed, although that room seems to be the most stuffy, even with the AC unit on. I'm not sure why. There is also a twin bed right in where the formal dining is, which we did not use since there is no privacy. I suppose it's for someone who is not able to climb stairs to the upstairs bedroom. However I would have liked a big dining room table there instead for family dinners. There is a big table outside on the deck but dor the rainy or hot days an indoor table would be nice. We ended up sitting around the kitchen island & the breakfast table which also worked ok. The kitchen is well stocked & there are plenty of towels, beach towels for everyone. The 2 big TV's and piano were good for entertainment. There were plenty of tv channels including on demand movies which we loved. We really enjoyed our relaxing vacation there and owner has been attentive to all the details for the house. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area."

"What a beautiful time we all had this summer in this simple cottage that beckens back to the Old Cape Cod we knew forty years ago. The cottage is very well-equipped with everything you might need for cooking and the simple floor plan keeps the whole family together. We loved the privacy and nature that surrounded us as well as its proximity to town. It was lovely. There was plenty of wild life to watch and sleeping on the porch felt like sleeping under the stars. We are grateful for the special time we spent together and for the very kind property owner who hosted us."
