  • Perfect home for a stay on Cape Cod!

"This was a fantastic place for us to vacation on the Cape. I brought my son's family with me, so we had 3 adults and two teens and a 10yr. old. This house had great space for all of us. The décor was in a tasteful beach theme. The kitchen was fully stocked with the things you would need to cook great meals. My sister lives in Cotuit, so it was easy to get to and from for visits. We enjoyed a walk down Scudder Lane to the beach Sunday followed by trip to Barnstable, a wonderful quaint village. We went out to Sampson's Island and were able to use the beach chairs the owners had available. The week was full with a Whale Watch, campfires on Sandy Neck Beach, Trip to National Seashore and P-Town, and a trip to Boston. Took in a few Cotuit Kettleers Baseball games and the Patriots training camp. This house was perfect for all our plans. The only downfall I have, was not having WIFI with everyone using the internet. Actually I wasn't able to connect to the land line, but Sturgis Library saved the day to make return reservations. Also having linens available has always been a common practice with other VRBO's. Bringing towels and bedding, etc. Was a bit of an inconvenience. Over all the experience of being in this location on the Cape and in such a nice home was wonderful! Thanks for letting us experience this great vacation home! Dana"

  • A piece of Autumn paradise on the Cape

"What a glorious stay! Ali and Tom are perfect hosts. They both met us at the property to get us settled in. This beautiful home sits right on the water in Barnstable with a panoramic view of the bay. It sits at the end of a quiet lane making the location peaceful and serene but the home is ideally situated to explore the entire Cape as it is very near route 6A. The back of the house is all windows so each room has a lovely view of the water. Just a few steps away is a walking path along the ocean. The kitchen is well appointed for all of your cooking needs and the house is very tastefully decorated. The house has three master suites with very comfortable king beds. We toured most of the quaint towns on the Cape as well as quick day trips to Boston and Plymouth. We actually found that Barnstable to be one of our favorite little towns on the Cape. There is a little grocery store right nearby that has almost anything you would need as well as a couple of great restaurants just a few minutes away. We cannot wait to return! Jill, Joan and Pam"

  • Great place. House identical to photos

"The house is great, very spacious, kitchen perfectly equiped, toys for children, wonderful fire pit (but with lot of mosquitoes!) It's in the mid cape, convenient to reach both Falmouth and Chatham. Nice beaches around. Whale watching just blocks away, Good groceries and services 1 mile away. The house is very nice and warmful, and the owners are really kind"

  • Great house!

"We had a great time at the house and felt right at home. Very spacious for our family and clean. It's a short walk to the beach and within a 2 minute drive to downtown -both of which made it very convenient. We will definitely be back!"
