"Our family had a wonderful time at this home during our stay. We really enjoyed the mornings on the large outside deck for coffee, breakfast and our evening dinners in the large dinning room. The home was very clean, large enough for our group and well maintained with all the necessities as a home away from home. The kayaks and bikes, for our use, were a bonus. A short walk to water for Kayaking. The location was excellent as the bus station, the boat to Martha's Vineyard, P-Town and the National Sea Shore were all close for day trips. The owner, Peter, was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation to the Cape. I will be vacationing here again."

"This place was a great home! The house was very spacious, clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for all (seven adults & a curious active toddler). No one was on top of each other. Spacious yard for activities & games and for a toddler to explore. Convenient walk to beach (Colonial Acres) up the street, which was perfect for niece's first experience with the beach (she loved it)...not huge waves, water wasn't freezing & water not deep. Yet, house was within short distance of Seagull Beach, which older nieces/nephews (when had visited) could enjoy (larger waves for them).Would definitely rent again. Thank you Paul & Marilyn."

"My husband and I stayed here the first week of October 2015. We found the location to be very convenient for our visit. We have been to the Cape many times and preferred this quiet spot in a residential neighborhood to a hotel on a busier roadway. The ferries out of Hyannis are a short drive away. We enjoyed our day trip to the Salt Pond Visitor's Center and hike to Coast Guard Beach. We also drove to Dennis to rent bikes and ride the Rail Trail. We stopped by cranberry bogs being harvested and took a walking tour of Chatham. So fun! Watching the sunset at Gray's Beach was memorable.
The cottage was perfect; so typical of homes on the Cape. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. Linens and towels were provided for a small fee. Thank you to the owners for working with us. We will recommend your cottage to our friends and family."

"Just got back from our trip this past few days and the house was in a perfect for what we needed. There is plenty of space and it is also in a nice area. Close to the main road with restaurants, mini golf, and more. The beach is also very close, it was a 10 minute walk. Quite area, with a great view of the river. Overall great stay and will definitely be going back!"
