"The house was wonderful and in a great location.
Owners could not have been more gracious with my requests. I'd highly recommend it!"

"We have rented this house 3 years in a row and have been delighted. It is clean and spacious, perfectly located, incredibly private, modern and well laid out, and the pool/deck area is fantastic. It is our favorite 2 weeks of every year."

"This beautifully restored barn has been a wonderful place to call home for our week's vacation in Sagaponack. The property, though just off Montauk Highway, is private and protected. Occasionally we would hear light traffic but we were rarely bothered by it. The yard is beautifully cared for and landscaping was natural and thoughtfully done. The owner, Susan, has been accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we have had during our stay. All linens and towels are fresh and high quality. The house was spotless when we arrived and we felt as though
we were walking into our very own bed and breakfast! The antiques are plentiful but fit well with the style of the home...not fussy or formal. The house was a nice size for our family of 3 (my husband, myself and our 10-year-old daughter, plus our non-shedding, well - mannered labradoodle). We did not use the cottage but some may find the loft sleeping area there as a fun option. The pool is set back down a short path from the house and in a pretty setting. The house is conveniently located to shopping and dining, and not far from two beaches where you can pay for the day if you don't have a permit which was a bonus for us. We have enjoyed our stay and happily recommend this cozy, charming home. You won't find a home with this unique design and character anywhere else in the Hamptons. Thank you Susan!"

Really nice family home with VERY responsible owner!
"We are a family of two adults and four children, and we just stayed at this well-kept home in the Hampton's for the second time. The house is lovely and the owner is very responsive. During our first visit in August of 2013, we experienced an intense heat wave. During our stay, the air conditioning failed after running at maximum power for two days straight. We called the owner who was in Asia (it was past midnight there!), and she immediately called several air conditioning companies. A service technician came, and within a couple of hours, we had the air conditioning running again! The owner while thousands of miles away saved our vacation; we can't thank her enough! Beyond that, the house is lovely...neat, clean and perfect for families, with a nice pool and garden. We grilled on the balcony every night on each visit (even this most recent one in the winter!), and we've have lots of fun during both of our stays... the perfect vacation home in the Hampton's! Thank you so much for your hospitality!"
