Perfect Hamptons Oasis
"From the moment our family entered this peaceful, stylish and welcoming space, we felt immediately at home and realized we'd stumbled on a little piece of paradise. Combining intimacy with space, light and a strong connection to the surrounding natural landscape, the house is extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. It is also in an unbeatable location -- being walking distance to a beautiful private bay beach, a lovely bike ride to nearby Springs, and a short drive or cycle to Atlantic ocean beach and the charming town of Amagansett. One also couldn't ask for a more friendly and reliable owner - who generously provides additional amenities such as bicycles, kayaks and more. The house is as suitable for small children as it is for older couples seeking a blissful respite. I can attest to this having rented it for several weeks at a time over the past four summers - with our two children between the ages of one and five - and welcoming both grandparents and teenagers as our guests, who loved it as much as we did."

"This beach house has all the amenities to make it comfortable, but it also feels like a real beach house. We kept the windows open every night to fall asleep to the sounds of the surf. The kitchen is very well-equipped. There's an awesome whole-house sound system, a wrap around deck with a large table on the back deck for dining, an outside shower, an ice maker in the shed, and the beds were all very comfortable. The owner is extremely nice and was always available to answer questions. If you're a surfer, the best surfing spot is right across the road! Good restaurants are minutes away, either in the town or at the harbor, but the house is in a very quiet area, rather off the beaten path. It's a great place to stay in Montauk, and if we return to the area it's where we will stay."

Quiet, cozy getaway close to the beach with beautiful birdwatching.
"I stayed at this home with some friends over New Years (we were looking for somewhere quiet out of the city) and it was perfect. The house is immaculate, the bedrooms were lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked all of our own meals during our stay). The master bedroom was especially wonderful, with a private bathroom (beautiful bathtub!) and a fireplace. There is also a balcony that gives you a birds eye view of the backyard. There were many birds on the property, blue jays, sparrows, cardinals and more. The private beach is also just a quick walk down the street. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!"

"We had a great time in this home. The owners were very helpful and the house was clean and the
grounds well kept. Our 3 kids and 2 of their friends had plenty of room inside and out to explore and
have fun in. It has 4 bathrooms, no waiting, if you have kids you know what I mean.
It has a nice fenced in back yard and patio, private and quiet. The beaches, golf and train station are
close by as well as restaurants and shopping. We biked into town, 20 minutes tops.
We'll be back, next time with our dog too.
are very close by,
we biked it. The in home theatre was a bonus, great place to gather and unwind at the end of the day.
We will be back!"
