A Nice Relaxing Week
"We absolutely loved our week long stay; the house was tastefully decorated and very clean. The house is in a great location close to bay and ocean beaches as well as town. Before arriving to the house, the Renee sent detailed instructions that described where the keys could be found, towels, local transportation, internet, sound system and so much more. The bedrooms are spacious and there are 3 full bathrooms. The living room is open and bright with a great sound system and TV amenities (x-Box, Netflix); although it was a little challenging at first to figure out the TV options Renee was was very responsive to our questions and a pleasure to deal with before, during and after our trip. The kitchen is well stocked, nice dinners were had and in addition, we BBQd and made full use of the deck and grill. The house has a spacious backyard with a large grassy lawn to play or just relax; the pool was nice and was equipped with some floaties. All in all, this was a perfect relaxing stay and we look forward to going back."

Beautiful Bungalow with a Scenic View and Convenient Location
"I stayed here for a week in August 2015. I wasn't expecting a very, very nice and very clean bungalow with a beautiful view of the ocean. I thought all beach houses are dark and damp and reek of mildews. This one is the polar opposite. It's situated at the end of a gravel road off the Old Montauk Highway, about 100 meters up a gentle slope. So it's in a dry and semi-secluded spot. The bungalow is converted from the back of a large house with its own entrance, basement, outdoor patio and shower. It's a two bedroom with a full kitchen, bathroom and living room. The windows in the living room and the master bedroom open out to the ocean just 200 meters below. It was fantastic. I thought the house was too big.
The house was very, very clean. Ample towels and liens were provided. I didn't use the kitchen at all. But if you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked. I couldn't find any faults with the house. Maybe it was too quite at night, being at the end of a gravel road. I'm used to the city.
One could just walk across the road to the beach. The owners provided beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach accoutrements in the basement. So just bring your body and soul and enjoy.
I initially drove to the village center on the first few days. But it turned out that the house was just a 15-20 minutes' walk to the very center of Montauk. So I walked for the rest of the week. It's very safe walk to and back from the village at night. Just be sure to bring a flashlight or use your iPhone as the gravel road leading to the house was unlit and there were deers and rabbits dancing around in the dark.
I highly recommend this house."

"We enjoyed a weekend at the Forever Cottage in August. Jennifer keeps her place spotlessly clean. The cottage is well designed and suitably appointed to meet your every need. She left out a crock screw on the rolling cart because she left us a nice bottle of Rose on the mantle with 2 glasses. An unexpected but very welcome touch in a place where everyone drinks Rose. The cottage is much larger than it appears online. The kitchen is really big and comfy. It has sufficient pots & pans and cutting boards if you'd like to cook a meal. I made breakfast there. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and we slept soundly. Also, we really could walk into downtown Sag Harbor in less than 5 minutes. We were blocks away from everything on a quiet, tree lined street. Our only problem is trying to figure out how to get back there quickly."
