"We had a fantastic week in this lovely, HUGE condo, located in a quiet section of the Grand Strand, but conveniently located to all the attractions, shopping, and dining. The sliders and balcony off living room and master allowed countless opportunities to enjoy the gorgeous views of the Atlantic. We had only our famiy of five, but would love to come back again with friends or extended family, as condo would easily accommodate 14+. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs, so we were able to enjoy some meals in, without having to go out for every day. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a real plus. Front desk staff was great, and always helpful, and parking in the garage was never difficult. We had a wonderful week and hope to come back again next year!"

"This is our second year staying at this condo. We had a great time at the beach even though the weather didn't exactly cooperate we still had a super time. This condo is in a perfect location for easy access any where south or north along the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. This has become our favorite place to stay and we look forward to coming back soon. Thanks again for your hospitality."

"There were 9 ladies in town for a 50 > softball tournament. There was plenty of space for everyone. The condo is furnished nicely, there were plenty of bathrooms and showers when we were all getting ready. The pools were a big hit for the kids, and the beach was right at our fingertips when we wanted to bodysurf. The beds were comfortable. The location was very close to all of the attractions we wanted - a quick walk to mini golf, a short drive to Broadway at the Beach. There's so much to do and see. Michael was great to work with and helped me out with all of my questions. I promise you that you cannot rent anything better for the price and you won't be disappointed."

"Unfortunately we choose the week of the historic South Carolina floods for our week in Myrtle Beach. We called ahead to check the hotel was open and were told all was fine, which it was. Check in was quick and easy and ours was unit 905 on the 9th floor. Unit was perfect for our needs as we were two couples, so each couple had a separate bedroom with on-suite bathroom. Unit was as described, clean, comfortable, well equipped and a wonderful oceanfront view. Mainly due to the bad weather for the first few days we made good use of the undercover pool, lazy river and hot tub all of which are heated. There is also an outside pool and children's pool which we did not use so cannot comment on. Wednesday morning we awoke to beautiful sunshine, so the rest of the week was spent on the beach which is just delightful at this time of year (Oct).
I would like to say that the owners Frank & Rufia were very easy to deal with and communications promptly dealt with and our security deposit was returned the Friday after we got back.
The only detractions I have are really minor and very easily fixed, but the little thing are the difference between just good and really great and I am sure the owners would appreciate the feedback. The extractor fan in our bathroom (king bed suite) is really noisy and vibrating and probably needs to be replaced. There were only two hangers in the closet of either bedroom, there were no oven gloves/potholders in the kitchen which made getting hot dishes out of the oven interesting, so we went and bought some, and there was only one kitchen towel and kitchen wash cloth. I realize this is a rental unit and that things probably go missing and are not missed straight away, so this should be a relatively cheap and easy fix for the owners.
All in all and despite the bad weather we had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach an would recommend Frank & Rufia's condo."
