A sólo una cuadra de la arena, nuestra nueva casa cuenta con terraza panorámica en la azotea con vistas al océano y la bahía, techos altos con grandes ventanas de mucha luz natural, ropa de cama de calidad, y los nuevos aparatos en una cocina totalmente equipada. A una cuadra de la playa, a poca distancia de numerosos restaurantes y salas de degustación. Cerca de Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, San Diego Zoo (8. 5 millas,) Sea World (3 millas,) y el centro (7 millas).

Edificio, diseñado y gestionado por familias de la localidad de San Diegan, el espacio refleja su amor por y la inversión en la comunidad agradable y peculiar playa del océano. Su objetivo es ofrecer a los individuos, parejas, amigos o familias un refugio a uno de los últimos verdaderos pueblos de playa en el sur de California.

En el interior, la casa es luminosa, moderna, limpia y decorada profesionalmente y amueblado. Se puede dormir 11 personas. El primer dormitorio tiene un sofá cama doble, dos camas individuales en un loft semi-privado para dormir, TV y un baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y baño. En el espacio común, hay un altillo para dormir semi-privada con una cama doble, un rincón de lectura con un colchón doble y otro sofá cama de tamaño completo. El espacio común tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, TV, y 1 baño completo.

La casa cuenta con una gran terraza en la azotea 600 pies cuadrados con vista al mar increíble, sillas, tumbonas y una barbacoa. Usted no encontrará nada igual en la zona - cenar, escuchar las olas romper, o ver una increíble puesta de sol de la costa oeste de su propio espacio privado.

La casa se encuentra a una cuadra de la arena y el surf. Situado en el corazón de la playa del océano, sino que también está a poca distancia a pie de numerosos restaurantes locales, cervecerías y tiendas únicas.
La propiedad está meticulosamente, y el interior se limpia y se comprueba antes de cada huésped profesionalmente. Auto check-in es fácil, y la gestión es rápidamente accesible y disponible para preguntas y recomendaciones.

Fun modern home in a great location. Stunning views from the roof and easy to get around San Diego. Plenty of space. Needs some updates. Specially linens, pillows, kitchen items and cleanliness. Mold in the washer (unable to wash clothing.) Dirty dishes and silverware in cabinets. Broken cabinet and outdoor chair.

Loved the Place and the Peaceful Neighborhood!We had a great time and loved the place! It was clean, comfortable, and located in a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful neighborhood. There are a few small things that could be updated, but it was not a deal-breaker. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this rental!

The location is great, a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach and bathroom towels, the host is very quick to reply to messages, it was nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a plus is the ability to park in a closed gate area, unfortunately the house was poorly equipped, only 2 hangers in the room amd one was broken, no full broom, just the end of the broom, not enough pots or pans to cook, missing handles and no mixing bowls, only one full roll of paper towels, the outside shower that we were asked to used when coming from the beach, was dirty, trash and full of sand on the drain area and the light didn't work. It seemed that nobody came to check the house to make sure it was ready, my experience is that renting a house Vs staying on a hotel is because it has all the necessities and looks like someone lives there, the kitchen table was dirty and sticky, im sorry that i couldn't leave a better review, once the host addresses those inconveniences the stay is complete.

Great long weekend in OB

The property was just what we were looking for to get all of our friends together for a long weekend, the rooftop provided us a nice space to all hang out. The window in the bathroom was shattered and broken open when we moved in, which was not very welcoming for us. The chairs on the roof were also broken and somewhat hard to sit on due to some of the pieces breaking. The oven didn’t work very well to start off with, I tried to preheat it and it just didn’t preheat until I turned it off and then started it all over again. The property supplied beach towels which was helpful since we were two blocks from the ocean.

Fun, convenient space

This was such a cool place to stay. The design is unique and allows door people to have their own space as needed. Location is great because the beach is two blocks away and there are tons of restaurants and shops in a 15 minute walking radius. And parking!! Not having to drive around looking for parking after being out all day is a relief!To note, there are no outlets in the loft areas. This made it tricky for charging devices. There is also visible wear and tear on faucets, doors, and walls/ladders. Everything was fully functional, just not brand new looking. Definitely not a deal breaker for us, just something to keep in mind if you are particular about needing things to be pristine. Overall, the place is excellent and we can’t wait to go back!

Great location for a small group!

We had 3 adults and 3 kids and this was a great location for beach accessibility, good local restaurants and central location to downtown. Communication with Pedro was good when we had questions. Hope they do a thorough review of electronics, shampoo, etc as summer some to an end! Overall good experience

Fun house in casual neighborhood

A very cool house... feels a bit like an adult treehouse... lots of stairs/ladders. Not appropriate for small children, elderly, or otherwise impaired. We grilled on the rooftop, which has a view of the ocean in the distance. Easy walk to casual restaurants & bars (mostly dive bars...it's Ocean Beach after all!). Parking is a bit challenging if you have more than 2 vehicles... 2 spots for the unit (head to toe) and parking on the street is hit or miss depending on the time of day. A very quick drive (5 min.) to Pacific Beach if you want to walk or bike the boardwalk.

Great Location, Not Good For Toddlers, Beds?????

Very good location but it stops there. The pictures are very deceiving and I venture to guess several years old. The place is worn out and needs a big upgrade. Do not bring toddlers or infants. There is no way to block off the stars and let them roam around without fear of them falling down the stars. And there are a lot of very steep stars. Our 10-month-old was in our arms more than she was able to crawl around the floor. In reality, there is really only one bed. The 2 sofa beds are cheap, lumpy and you can feel the springs. The one in the living room is resting on one of the lets and it falls off when you move the sofe. The first loft bed is just a hunk of foam. There is only a place for 2 people to sit in the living room and that's the lumpy, springy sofa. The only staples in the kitchen are salt, olive oil, SW chipotle seasoning, whole bay leaves & bbq rub. No food storage items, no foil, no cling film, no baggies. If you are planning to stay more than a couple of nights, be prepared for a big grocery bill stocking up on staples/basics. The washing machine is moldy. There is a sign on it that says to leave the door open to avoid mold. Even the cleaning staff didn't pay attention to that because the door was closed when we checked in. The bathroom vanities and faucets are falling apart. With some attention to detail, basic maintenance, and new furniture (especially real beds), it could be a great place for families with older kids.

Close to the beach, nice view from the top. The parking inside the gate is very tight, but there is parking on the road. Kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are small and could have been cleaner. Lots of extra towels, not enough clean comforters. Overall the experience is just fine.

We really loved this place. It was perfect for us and in an amazing location. Very close to the beach and all the fun things to do in mission bay. Only a 15 minute Uber to downtown! Highly recommend

We are Pedro, Natalie and our two great kids. We're a local San Diego family, a local designer & developer and realtor who along with some friends had a crazy dream of building three prefab homes on the beach to visit with our family from time to time. These three beach houses, built by local San Diego families, are our slice of heaven and proudest achievement. The portuguese cobblestone, an homage to the Copacabana boardwalk is a nod to my Brazilian heritage. We love sharing our homes with the world and our kids love sleeping in the lofts and hanging out on the beach for days on end. We're often staying in one of the homes with our families, our parents, our kids or some friends and would love to meet like-minded vacationers with a love for the beach, fresh air and good times!

Built, designed, and managed by local San Diegan families, the space reflects their love for and investment in the delightful and quirky Ocean Beach community. It is intended to offer individuals, couples, friends, or families a retreat to one of the last true beach towns in Southern California.

Inside, the home is bright, modern, clean, and professionally decorated and furnished. It can sleep 11 people. The first bedroom offers a queen sofa bed, two twin beds in a loft, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and bathroom. In the common space, there is a semi-private sleeping loft with a queen bed, a reading nook with a twin mattress, and another full size sofa bed. The common space has a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a full bathroom.

The home features a large 600 sq ft rooftop deck with amazing ocean views, chairs, loungers, and a BBQ. You won't find anything like it in the area — dine, listen to the waves roll in, or watch an amazing West Coast sunset from your own private space.
