Beautiful DOUBLE BALCONY, located at 399 2nd St, Indian Rocks Beach, FL, unit 4420, 4th Floor END UNIT 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Vacation Condo directly on the intracoastal with spectacular views and onsite Splash Harbour Water Park in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. One of only seven units with TWO private balconies overlooking the intracoastal AND water park. Intracoastal views are direct and unobstructed right from the condo and private balcony. The second private balcony overlooks the pool and water park. Includes 4 Free daily water park passes good for each day of your stay (over $120 per day value) with an option to purchase 6 additional water park passes at a discounted rate. The water park is open year round, is heated, has a lazy river, pool, two large water slides and a kid splash area. The splash area is not heated. It is loads of fun for everyone! In addition, there are two large rooftop sun decks with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunsets. The Gulf of Mexico, with access to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, is a short two blocks away (3 minute walk.) The condo is just steps from family friendly restaurants, bike rentals, boat rentals, fishing charters, miniature golf, game room and the marina. One parking space is allotted for the unit. Additional vehicles can park for free along the city streets on a first come first served basis or at the adjacent Holiday Inn for $20/day.

TWO Private Balconies: One balcony overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and the other balcony overlooks the Splash Harbour Waterpark. The views are great! You can spot dolphins and watch boats cruise the intracoastal or you can see the fun at Splash Harbour Waterpark from the private balconies.

This is truly a great find right on the intracoastal with on site water park access and steps from the beach. It is the best of all worlds with access to everything you need. We provide all the comforts of home so you can spend your time enjoying your vacation. Come see for yourself. You're sure to enjoy it!

The condo has a dining area, living room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer & dryer and two large balconies. The unit is fully furnished with:

Fully Functional Kitchen:
Full size spacious kitchen including granite countertops, dishwasher, range & oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, cups, glasses, pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, toaster, blender, etc.

Living and Dining Room:
Plenty of seating in living room with couch and 2 large accent chairs, free WiFi and cable, 50" TV, and dining table & six chairs. A DVD player and an assortment of games, cards and puzzles are also provided.

Bed & Bath:
2 queen size beds in each bedroom, HD TVs in both bedrooms (50" and 40"), blackout curtains, fresh linens and towels, protective coverings for both mattress and box spring, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Granite countertops in bathrooms. Front bedroom has lock-off option with separate outside entrance for additional privacy if desired.

Having the pool right by the room saved our vacation. We had poor luck with cold, windy weather, and the beach was a sand blast zone, but the kids still had fun thanks to the little water park. The space itself is perfect for a family and Indian Rocks Beach was slow paced with famoly options rather than spring break chaos

We enjoyed our stay so much. This is the third time we’ve been to Harbourside and by far this unit was the best. It was beautifully decorated, communication from the host was top notch, and the water pressure in the main shower was amazing. Everything is provided to make you feel at home.We love the area because there is so much to do within walking distance and come to FL almost every year. We’ll definitely rent from here again.

Great spot and setup. My wife and I have two kids (5 and 2) and the apt was super accommodating - given its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and water park that you literally can see from your balcony. Was nice to have that convenience and also a beautiful view of the bay from the second balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful area

We were right above the waterpark and marina with balcony views of each. Lots beach gear, didn't have to buy or bring anything from home. Very nice beach towels supplied as well. 2 blocks from the beach. My son is in a wheelchair and the sand was very easy to wheel him on. We will definitely come back.beachbringanything

Wonderful place

Greetings! We are Joe and Janet McKinnerney and look forward to sharing our condo in Indian Rocks Beach, FL with you. Janet grew up just a few miles from the condo and has lived in the Tampa Bay area her entire life. Joe has lived world wide as his dad was in the Air Force, but settled in the Jacksonville, Florida area in his teenage years. We have lived together in the Tampa Bay area since getting married in 1990 and have raised our two children here. We are very familiar with the area and enjoy the many things it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We were immediately draw to this property and condo. It provides both intracoastal and Gulf of Mexico views and access. It is directly on the intracoastal where you can watch dolphins and boats from a private balcony. There are two large rooftop decks which are great for relaxing in the evenings while watching the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. Indian Rocks Beach is a less than 5 minute walk. There is an onsite water park, which you won't find anywhere else nearby, and has something for all ages. It is a very family friendly environment. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. It is a terrific mid-county location and provides easy access to surrounding areas and beaches.

What makes this property unique

There are so many great things we love about our condo. It is one of the few units with two balconies, one overlooking the intracoastal waterway and one overlooking the water park and pool. It is an end unit, so there are great views on three sides. The water park is very unique to this property and is a big hit. It includes a lazy river, large water slides, a kids' splash area with small slides, and a pool. The beach is two short blocks away and there are many restaurants, bars and attractions in the immediate area.
