We had such a fun weekend! The property was perfect for our party of 8. Super clean and everything we needed. The waterpark was a great bonus for the kids!

Great area..space was beautiful..very roomy..only thing I have to complain about is parking garage..we had to search alot and only got to park in garage a few times..we had to park far and walk to elevators..when getting groceries and unloading was frustrating..water park was packed and couldn't find chairs ..we went a few times and left cause there was too many people..i love the area it was in

Nice beach getaway

The unit was as advertised, clean and tidy and the management team is responsive in the event you need to contact. Overall we had a good experiance and have stayed at this property in several occasions and it is normally a great overall experience. This time around there was an altercation that took place at the accompanying water park which resulted in EMS and police presence to resolve. The issue that unfolded is the only negative feedback I can give in this unit.

Great Location

Great spot for our family to enjoy a few days in the sun. The water park was excellent, and the condo was more than enough.The beach is just a few minutes away and there are places to eat close by.Highly recommend this place for a family get away. We would definitely return.

Nice pool area

Nice property! Pool area was nice! Only got 4 passes which means you have to pay for more if you have a bigger family. It’s definitely a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Terrific Stay, Can’t Wait to Go Back

The property was outstanding! We had a great view of boats at the marina and easy access to the water park which the kids loved! The rooms were large and well furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. Check In and Out was simple. We hope to come back again.

Spring Break

We came for spring break and had an amazing time. The property was just a short walk to the beach and had an beautiful view. We will definitely be coming back!!

Clean, great location, fast response

Place as described- clean, great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and bars. Management was very quick to answer - we didn’t have any complaints but the beach umbrella was missing and they replaced it in about 20 minutes for us which was so appreciated. They provided a wagon, beach towels, and a couple chairs. Mornings on the sunny balcony were so nice. Would love to stay again.

Family Getaway

This was the perfect place for our family get away. It had everything we were looking for. It was a quiet location, walking distance to the beach and some stores. The condo was well stocked with dishes and appliances that we needed. It was a good size space. Parking was easy and never an issue. Surrounding condos were quiet and good sound proofing. Kids loved the waterpark being so close. Many things to see while walking. Any questions we had about the suite were answered immediately and with kindness.

Perfect Location

We loved the condo! The location was perfect. We walked to dinner - Crabby Bills and Pjs was just a little walk. And walk to the beach and ice cream!! Condo was awesome. We loved sitting on balcony watching the boats.

Best place!

We had an amazing stay! The price was excellent, accommodations cleanly and cozy! This is the perfect place for anyone looking for a fun long weekend get away. The waterpark was perfect for our kids with a short walk to the beach we couldn’t say enough good things about it! We can’t wait to get back!

Great vacation spot!

We were very impressed with this property! This was our first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. The check-in process is a tad clunky, just because the address is actually the address for Splash Harbour, but everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful in directing us where to park. We were pleasantly surprised to find the condo had everything we needed for the days at the beach (umbrella, chairs, floaty, sand toys, wagon, etc...) Patio was a great place to watch the sunrise as well as sunset. Water park passes were an excellent bonus and we definitely took advantage of that. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Always an enjoyable stay

Harbourside has a wonderful location just moments from the beach. The condos are clean and well taken care of. The water park is always a nice ending to a beach day, however, the security guard hounding us to get wristbands every day before we even set our items down is extremely annoying. We walk into the park with our passes in hand and in plain view, we don’t need to be hounded like we were. We always enjoy ourselves, but because of the security guard, this place gets 4 stars because it irked me daily.. just a minor annoyance. The vacation was enjoyable.

10 out of 10! Perfect Vacation Getaway

This condo is perfect for families. I give it a 10 out of 10. The condo is beautifully decorated and the balcony view was amazing. The king sized bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. It has everything you need for a perfect stay! We were very impressed with the cleanliness. We would definitely stay again. .

Very nice property and unit.

Everything was great with the exception of the hours of the pool. The Waterpark closes at 5 or 6 every day but they claim the pool stays open to dusk. We were asked to leave the pool by 630 each night we used it. The host obviously has no control over this so I still leave 5 stars for this host but be weary about the pool hours during your stay.

Great experience!

We loved the unit and had a wonderful stay! The unit is extremely well equipped with everything you need. We were 7 adults and were a bit concerned that the unit will be too tight but it was very specious. It was super clean and we enjoyed sitting in the balcony. The management company was VERY responsive and responded extremely quickly to all our communication and answered all our questions. We HIGHLY recommend the place and would definitely come back.

Beautiful unit, fun water park, close to beach

This unit is beautiful and exactly as depicted in the listing. Spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet out on the patio (we couldn’t hear the busy water park from the patio). It has all the supplies you might ever need in the kitchen and plenty of towels for both showering and at the pool. The washer and dryer are newer and very clean. Our first impression was rocky - the entire area (water park, parking garage, surrounding streets) were jam packed. We did arrive during peak spring break and on a Saturday and I think that had a lot to do with how busy it was. While parking is included, parking in the garage of the building is limited. That was not made clear until one hour before check in when we received our instructions. There is additional parking (other than the garage) and there is also street parking but it is all first come first serve. We tend to leave and explore the area with our car and we weren’t as comfortable doing that as we didn’t want to get stuck having to volley for a spot again. Once Monday came the area was not as busy and neither was the water park. There are many restaurants within walking distance that vary from casual to Mexican to fine dining. The beach is a short walk and the wagon at the unit is great quality and made our trips to the beach a breeze. Water park was fun and perfect for my family (two kids ages 9 and 6). Staff at the water park were very nice and helpful. Aside from the slightly hectic arrival, we had no issues and didn’t need to be in touch with management- everything was where they said it would be. I reached out a few times before checking in and always received a prompt reply.

Spring Break

We had a great time and we’re pleased with the accommodations. Very close to the beach! We didn’t spend much time at the water park because it was very much catered to young children but it looked like a lot of fun for the little ones.
