The condo is a 4 minute walk to Indian Rocks beach access. Savor the beachy atmosphere of Indian Rocks Beach with many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We provide beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys.

Harbourside Marker 33 offers “Splash Harbour” Water Park with slides, lounge chairs that are poolside or a trip around the lazy river. You can view the whole park outside your front door from the 6th floor.

The condo is located on the 6th floor with a spectacular view of the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy the view from the large open windows or balcony.

Enjoy the roof top sundeck at the condo with incredible view of Indian Rocks Beach. You will be provided with an access key.

3rd bedroom is a nook behind the living room separated by a wall . Almost think of it ass a same floor loft . It would have been nice to know for arrangement of sleeping for all guests . Again , great accommodations

Family Vacation

Great experience for two families to have a family vacation. We had four toddlers (4, twin 3 year olds, 20 month old) and it was enough space for them to run around and play. The waterpark was easy to access and the beach was an easy walk. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Spring break

The condo was beautiful and we loved the large windows in the family room. The light and fan didn’t work in the master bath but it didn’t cause much of a problem. I will remember to bring more spices, as there was only salt provided in the kitchen. This was our second time at Harborside and first time in this condo and would love to come back.

This is my families second year staying at the property. We just love it so much ! Walkable to beach , restaurants and so much more . The water park is perfect for my kids ! Highly recommend

Terrific rental and location

My family which included my daughters family with 2 four year old kids had a great time. The property was very nice. Very clean and location was just perfect. The water park being next door was fantastic. The beach was only about 5 minutes walk and is one of the best we have seen.

Spacious and comfortable

We loved the location, the walk ability to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop and CVS was clutch, we enjoyed the water park for a few hours one day but ultimately spent our time at the beach for our 3 day weekend getaway. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had fantastic views where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. We will definitely come back for another stay.

Great spot for multi-generational family!

We had a lovely stay, great access to the beach and surrounding communities and we enjoyed that there were beach items there. The condo is clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The laundry was super handy for our large group and it was nice that there was plenty of room to spread out, good bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful beach within walking distance, and of course the waterpark access was a hit!

Great Place to stay.

It was clean and stocked with necessities. It was very roomy for the 7 of us. I only have one complaint in that there wasn’t a separate pool from the water park one. We had to pay because the kids used the passes.

Title: Lovely Stay at Harborside Condo!Review:I recently stayed at the Harborside condo from December 23 to December 27 and had a truly wonderful experience. The condo was spacious and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, with a full array of dishes, pots, and pans, which made cooking and dining in a breeze.The location of the condo is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. I appreciated the clean, welcoming atmosphere of the condo, and the view was absolutely stunning.I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Only gave a 4 star because the property had a broken elevator for the whole time we were there amd it required my 80 yr old father to walk up flights of stairs in not so great health.

Beautiful room!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this property. It was COLD, so we didn’t get to enjoy the water park. However, the room view, close proximity to the beach and location made the stay great. My girls loved looking for shells. Clean, spacious room. Perfect for families.

Waterpark lodging

We enjoyed our visit to Indian rocks beach, check in was simple, and the condo was clean, however the dishwasher was broken, so ended up washing dishes by hand, Tom was excellent in having a handyman come by and fix the garbage disposal, so there was no more water dripping from the kitchen cabinet, Jim wasn’t to communicative in reference to fixing the dishwasher, our family had a very nice time wat the water park🙂

Awesome View, Short Walk to Beach

Had a great time. A short walk to the beach and place came with some nice chairs and beach toys. Kids loved the water park. A couple of decent places to eat within walking distance. The drug store is right across the street which is very convenient. The only improvement would be if you didn't have to go to a separate location across the street to get the keys and if check out could be 11:00 instead of 10:00.

Short but sweet!

Harborside at Marker 33 was a great solution for our extended family of 19. We took condos of varying sizes and could easily congregate at the beach, water park and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance( aside from a hospital). The price was reasonable probably because everything is a little dated.

Awesome View

What a view. This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our time here. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We had two vehicles and were concerned about finding parking for the extra vehicle, but found spots close for free. If planning on staying here, bring extra toilet tissue because we ran out within one day and bring your own shampoo and conditioner. We loved the property and would stay here again.

Indian Rocks Condo

Prime location, just few blocks and short walk to beach and restaurants. Condo fit all our needs for our group of 8. AC worked great especially in the hot and humid weather. Parking pass included to parking garage. Rental property were great to work with and answer quickly to any questions about our stay and delivered extra toiletries when we needed them. Beautiful views of bay where boats came in and docked, and easy access to water park/pool. Plenty of Beach chairs, a wagon, cooler, beach toys included. All amenities provided including beach and bath towels. We have a great time, and enjoyed our stay at this property in Indian Rocks.
