2 BD/2BA Condo at Waterpark - 4 FREE waterpark passes

This condo is at Harbourside Waterpark located on the intercoastal waterway.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit (1110 Sq. Ft) that has enough room to sleep 8-10 people as it has a sleeper sofa for the extra large group.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 55" 4K TV. The guest bedroom has a queen and a bunk bed with a trundle that sleeps three kids! The lower bed is a full size, the upper bed is a twin size and it has a trundle unit which is also a twin size.
The couch is a sleeper sofa for the extra large group and actually is quite comfortable.
This unit has a full functional kitchen and a balcony that overlooks the intracoastal waterway. Sit back and watch the dolphins and boats cruise by or visit the 6th and 7th floor decks to watch the beautiful sunsets in the Gulf of Mexico. You are a short two block walk to the beach.
Your rental includes:
- Four (4) Splash Harbour Water Park passes (This is over $100/day VALUE that is FREE with your rental EVERY day you stay with us)
- Access to 2 rooftop community patios to lounge, watch the amazing sunsets, or relax to the view of the intracoastal waterway

Very nice beach, Condo is in the middle of everything, water park, beach , restaurants and nice locally owned shops, bakery and much more. We highly recommend this as a very friendly family vacation.

We had a great experience all around! The check in process was super easy and the communication with Mr. Gordon was helpful. We enjoyed our view, had fun at the water park, and appreciated the short walk to the beach which was beautiful.

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

The Condo was exactly as described. We absolutely love the location. Walk to the beach, Sit on the balcony watching boats and dolphins and hit the water park. We will be back next year! Thank you James for being a great host!

Great Location!

This location is amazing. So close to the beach, tons of great restaurants and a short drive to many stores (including Target). Although we experienced some out-of-anyone's control issues, the host, James was easy to contact and quick to reply and do his best to help us enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend this area for a family as the beach is a short walk away.

Amazing place!

The only downside to this place is that we couldn’t stay longer. Beautiful condo, extra amenities, elevator ride to water park, bar ( and you can even just let the kids keep swimming and order from the snack shack or bar and the food was good). Short, quick walk to beach too. Our favorite part was watching the boats and dolphins from the balcony. This place is amazing!

The place was perfect. Beach was like a 4 minute walk. They have a Walmart that’s like 5 minutes away in car also a CVS like 3 minutes away on foot. James was very helpful with everything. My family and I had a great time thank you!!!!

Lovely condo with the basic kitchen necessities. Very clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of sleeping options for our family of 6. Great view on balcony. The beach toys, wagon, chairs were perfect for the short walk to beach. Very walkable and great location. Waterpark is a nice extra and very lively fun zone. Kid friendly and drinks and food bar for adults. Family friendly condo, location and community.

Great unit, great view, awesome accomodations!

It was really nice to walk into a clean unit, beautiful view and being a mom of 4 littles, including a baby, packing for a baby is a lot, we ended up having to leave our stroller at home but were pleasantly surprised there was a stroller, a pack n play and other baby necessities. All beach necessities, we were planning on buying upon toys but didnt have to!

Very accommodating owner

This was the best experience we have ever had. The owner, James was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The condo was beautiful and had everything you would need for a weeks stay. The complex was great for kids because of the water park that is on site. There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the beautiful beach was a short 3min walk. I highly recommend renting this condo!!! We will definitely be back

We live in Indiana and have been traveling to the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach area for the last 5 years. This property was a perfect fit for our family. We have young kids that enjoy the water park, we love the lazy river, and our teenager can walk to the beach. It is the PERFECT location.
