Located in Princeville; it’s just minutes from shopping and the world famous Hanalei Bay. Also within minutes, you will find the Princeville Spa, tennis, fine dining, hiking and of course the pristine North Shore
beaches that attract visitors from all over the globe.
Princeville is also home to two world class golf courses (just three minutes from the condo).

You can relax on your own private lanai and listen to the ocean surf while watching the whales (winter months) and seabirds dance on the trade winds. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from every room and have your own private seat to watch Kauai’s dramatic sunsets. You can also take a refreshing dip in the private pool or relax in the sun with a good book if you like. Or BBQ at the pool.

Beautiful view and quiet location to enjoy your Kauai vacation. Sharilyn was quick to respond to questions, too. Beds were comfortable which can really make your vacation better! Not a lot of basic supplies in kitchen such as olive oil, seasonings, etc. Overall a positive experience.

Sherry was very communicative. We extended our trip and she was very accommodating. We did have issues with the refrigerator needing replacement so had to switch to coolers halfway through our stay. Fortunately future guests will not have this issue. The view is spectacular and grateful to see it first thing every morning!

Amazing ocean views from lanai and bedrooms. It was nice having a washer, dryer, beach chairs and umbrella. Well kept grounds and pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return again soon.

Our stay was lengthy and so we made it our home away from home. The views from the bedrooms and lanai were stunning! That is the sole reason to rent this place. As previous reviews said, the place needs a thorough cleaning and many items need replaced or upgrades. However, everything worked fine and after an initial cleaning, we enjoyed our stay immensely! Easy in and out as well!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL RENTING this property, especially if you have children, asthma, or allergies.We ended up leaving and paying for another rental because this condo was not safe for my son, who has chronic asthma and a severe dust allergy.Upon arrival, the condo was dirty, smelled musty, had thick dust on every ceiling fan, cockroaches (including in the washer), a leaking master bathroom, loose light fixtures, a taped dryer door, and Wi-Fi instructions that didn't work. Cell service is also very limited.Within 20 minutes, my son's asthma was triggered. We called the host, left a voicemail, and waited over 3 hours for a response while sitting at the pool because he couldn't stay inside. As it approached 8 p.m., we had no choice but to find another place to avoid risking a trip to the hospital.When the host finally responded, she simply stated the condo had been cleaned two hours earlier and showed no concern for my son's health. She refused any refund or assistance. VRBO also declined to help because they said refunds require proof of an infestation and ultimately depend on the host's approval.The view is beautiful, but cleanliness and communication matter. If you have health concerns, allergies, or children, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our vacation was significantly impacted because of this experience.

Great location, wonderful view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was so quiet and peaceful. A great location with very well maintained grounds. The views from every window are amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Location is everything!

We loved staying at this property. The ocean view is amazing. We didn’t have any issues with the condo that we needed to contact the owner about during our week stay. We would stay here again!

Amazing views!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Alii Kai condo's. The condo was located in a great spot for us to do all our favorites...hiking, surfing and relaxing on the beaches! The unit was clean and had every amenity we could ask for.

The property has a wonderful location, with all rooms facing the ocean. Beds are OK, although it would have been nicer to have a king. bed in at least one of the rooms. The owner provided plenty of bedsheets and towels. Sadly, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned but truth is that the owner was given a very short notice about our checkin, so she most likely didn't have time to do a proper cleaning. Luckily, we had access to the cleaning supplies so we did the cleaning ourselves. Not exactly what you'd like to do on your vacation.

only because we are farmers on the side. I sell Kauai property and Dick also makes some of the best surfboards in the world. Both of us have loved the lifestyle of Kauai and plan on many more years of this beautiful island.

Why they chose this property

We love Kauai and also have a home in the area. So many wonderful beaches and the best of weather too.

What makes this property unique

Listen to the surf outside just a few feet away. I love how it does not face into the sun and stays cool all year around. Also close to the pool so I can use it at night also. We love the fact that it is on the top floor and we don't get the noise of anyone walking on top of us.
