Enjoy spectacular mountain views and natural beauty at this home just 9 miles from the ski slopes at Breckenridge. This home was custom built in 2012 and is in superb condition. Never before made available as a rental, this home feels like it was built just for you. It's a perfect getaway for friends and family get-togethers and those looking for a relaxing weekend.

Some of the wonderful features of this home include vaulted ceilings, in-floor radiant heat creating a warm and cozy atmosphere, large heated two car garage, a roaring wood-burning fireplace, a large wrap-around deck and a professionally maintained private hot tub.

In addition, the beautiful chef's kitchen includes quartz countertops, a 6-burner professional gas range, two sinks, multiple workspaces and a large 4-seat island for people to gather. In addition, the eat-in kitchen can seat up to 6 people, plus a dining area that can accommodate up to 8. In addition, the family room includes a large screen tv and wood-burning fireplace for relaxing after a day of adventures.

The house layout consists of the following:

* MAIN FLOOR: A chef's kitchen, eat-in kitchen area, dining room, great room, powder room, laundry area with washer and dryer, king master bedroom, ensuite master bath and walk-in closet. In addition, the main floor includes a mudroom that connects the 2-car garage to the house. The main floor has no stairs making dealing with luggage and groceries a breeze.

* SECOND FLOOR: 2nd master bedroom with comfortable kind-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, bunk-room with 4 twins, hall bathroom with tub and shower, and a bonus room with a pull-out king sleeper sofa.

* OUTDOOR AREA: Large wrap-around deck and a professionally maintained private hot tub.

Fantastic Mountain Home Near Breckenridge!

This wonderful home is in a beautiful setting in the mountains with a beautiful view of Mt. Quandary. It's super convenient to some great trailheads! The home is immaculate with thoughtful amenities and was such a wonderful space for our family of five to spend our summer vacation. Beautiful home, beauty views

My husband and I spent 8 nights in this beautiful home. It’s close to great hiking...a mile from Hoosier Pass, 2 miles from Mt. Quandary/Blue Lakes and the mountain goats. The view from the deck was beautiful, lived watching the sunset over the mountains. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds drink from the feeder on the deck. We loved the well stocked kitchen, we cooked dinner every night. There were extra spices, Pam and salt & Pepper. The nonstick pans were in perfect condition (I always bring my own b/c usually scratched up in vacation properties). Hot tub and wood burning fireplace were bonuses. We made a fire every night. The house had an abundant wood supply. Candice was always available and very helpful. The home is a home...not just a place to stay. There so many nice touches, lotion in kitchen and bathroom, plenty of towels, paper products, soap, etc. throw blankets and soft pillows. The only drawback is cell service is spotty. We were fine, shutdown the phones more! There is a land line if needed. We would stay here again! Magical place.

Stunning home & so many thoughtful touches/ amenities!

This home was absolutely beautiful and had everything our group needed! The house had a heated garage, heated floors throughout and very tasteful furnishings/ finishes. It was so comfortable and spacious- with plenty of seating and places to sleep. The home owners were incredibly thoughtful and even left us a handwritten card with a basket full of snacks to enjoy upon our arrival! We were welcome to use all of the supplies they left for us- which they sent us a list of prior to arrival for planning purposes (something I personally VERY much appreciated). They even had humidifiers and an oxygen machine for those in the group to use that were suffering from altitude sickness. AMAZING! Only had a few minor glitches with the keurig and the TV- both of which the owners promptly addressed, and really didn't bother us. They thought of absolutely everything and we were incredibly grateful for our stay here. We will definitely be recommending this property to our family & friends for future visits.

Wow, what a great Holiday celebration. My family of 5 stayed here and it was the perfect Holiday with 20+ inches of snow falling Christmas eve and day. Everything we needed was provided. Clean, new, and hospitality!

We're originally from the east coast and midwest and moved to Denver over 12 years ago. We've never looked back and love living so close to the Colorado wilderness. We have twin daughters and escape up to the mountains whenever we get the chance to ski, hike and bike.

Why they chose this property

We built this house in Breckenridge because it is one of the Colorado mountain towns that has its own unique and historic character as an original mining town far from the highways. The town also has a combination of the best of a laid-back cool ski town vibe along with many higher-end restaurants and shops. The house is located in a peaceful slice of paradise but close enough to the action to keep things interesting!

What makes this property unique

We had this home lovingly designed and custom-built in 2012. This location was the perfect mix of feeling like you're in the middle of the woods, yet still so close to the lively and beautiful town of Breckenridge. We designed the house to feel cozy yet still allow friends and family to enjoy their own private space. We built the house for us, meaning no expense was spared -- including everything from the beautiful solid wood doors, windows and beams, to the heated garage, to the gourmet kitchen and custom baths.
