Each bedroom has a closet, a queen size bed with a Casper Mattress, Brooklinen bedding, and goose down duvet / pillows. Fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a toaster, Nespresso machine and a Vitamix blender. There is a screened-in porch with an electric heater for those cool evenings and a table for six. The house also boasts central heating and A/C, washer and dryer, a Weber gas bbq, and a seasonal outdoor shower. We have two flat screen TVs with cable and high speed Wi-Fi internet. The property is surrounded by many mature trees and is landscaped with flowers and plants, which bloom at different stages from early spring to late fall. We also provide beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for our guests in the summer months.
To your advantage just across the road is the famous Round Swamp Farm, a family owned bicentennial farm and market, providing the very best produce, prepared specialties, and the finest local seafood.
Another favorite local farm is Balsam Farms Stand (5 min drive) in the neighboring town of Amagansett. Their crops include over 75 different varieties of tomatoes and locally famous corn.
There is a plethora of restaurants around the neighborhood as well and just to name a few:
**Please check seasonal hours of operation of each listed place ahead of time**
Nick and Toni's (2 min drive) - Longtime East Hampton eatery, offering wood-oven Italian-Mediterranean fare.
