This property is on the second floor of a 4-unit complex and is easily accessible and quiet. Through all the balconies and the windows are sweeping views of Santa Barbara and our famous Riviera!

This home has clean, new paint and new Transitional Style furniture. The living and dining areas are an open-floor concept. There are comfy couches, a flatscreen TV, huge bright windows, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, audio throughout, and French doors. Enjoy a perfect dining or entertaining experience.

The bright kitchen offers modern-day appliances like a Viking stove with two ovens, a Subzero fridge, plenty of storage, two Subzero wine refrigerators, each with 146 bottle capacity, Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration, a dishwasher, skylights, and local handmade tile countertops. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen mattress, plenty of closet space, and a full bathroom with beautiful tile across the hall.

Perfect home away from home

This was our home away from home for 6 weeks and it couldn't have been better - the nicest VRBO of the 10+ we've stayed at over the years. Comfortable, quiet, beautifully decorated with attention to every detail, top of the line appliances, ten minute walk to State Street, 25 min walk to Stearns Wharf, and similarly short walks to virtually everything - so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, shops, farmers market etc. I worked remotely and the office space was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
