Il nostro condominio è la destinazione perfetta per i viaggiatori in cerca di relax e comfort o un'avventura in famiglia divertente. Questa è la nostra seconda casa e lo affidiamo selettivamente a coloro che lo tratteranno con cura. Il nostro grande condominio con due camere da letto / due bagni è completamente arredato con tutti i comfort di casa, tra cui una lavatrice / asciugatrice e cucina completamente attrezzata, offrendo viste dirette alla piscina e al cortile recentemente rinnovati dalla zona pranzo, soggiorno e balcone. Dal nostro balcone privato si può anche guardare l'alba o lo sguardo alle stelle di notte. Una vacanza rilassante, questo grande condominio offre un sacco di spazio per famiglie e amici.

Il nostro condominio è situato in una zona tranquilla della Costa del Golfo, ma a poca distanza a piedi da ristoranti, negozi e negozi di alimentari. Una più ampia varietà di ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni del Golfo di Shores si trovano a breve distanza. La cosa migliore del nostro condominio è che siamo a pochi passi dalle belle spiagge e minuti da negozi di Tanger Outlet.

Great condo. Spacious and clean. It is in a great location

Would highly recommend this condo. Really close to Gulf state park for biking, walking and many festivals. About 1.8 miles to the beach which we walked and restaurants and grocery.

Great place to stay

The apartment is spacious and clean. You have access to many places nearby. It’s very quiet at night and the pool is very relaxing. The owner was very responsive to my needs and concerns.

Super cute and great location

This property was a super cute unit that met all our needs for the week. It was very convenient to the baseball sportsplex we needed to be at each day and just a very short drive to the beaches. The pool was great too. As a former condo unit owner in Destin, I could definitely give some suggestions that would make a stay a little bit more convenient but overall I would recommend this unit.

Cute condo- mediocre complex

The condo itself was very nice. It was clean, updated, and well taken care of. It had most of the essentials but was not “fully stocked.” The big issue we had was the pool. It was cloudy and green for a few days. Even when it was getting less cloudy there was a lot of algae in it. The skimmers were definitely not working. The owner was responsive but I think she was not being told the truth by the property manager. The water line in the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned this season. This really was unfortunate because the condo was so cute and in a great location.

The most uncomfortable mattresses on Earth. The sofa was also too hard to sleep on. My friend and I did not get much sleep last week. We even left a day early so we could go home and get some sleep! Otherwise, the condo was great.

Good location and easy access to the beach and highway. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but overall good stay.

Condo review

The condo was nice and clean and affordable however it is not really a short walk or drive to the beach/ocean. Takes 10mins minimum to get to the beach by car depending on traffic. Check in was at 4. I arrived an hr early and texted/called the owner for the code to get in thinking maybe we could at least unpack our car a little early. No reply. Finally a lady helped me get ahold of the property manager at 4p to get in. 10 mins after 4 the condo owner replied back with the code and I told her the property manager had just let us in and I told her the condo was beautiful and I thanked her. To this She replied that as she had mentioned before check in was at 4 & that the property manager isnt supposed to let ppl in. I explained to her that it was already a few mins after 4 before he let us in and she hadn't answered. All in all it was a good stay but check in can NOT be a min b4 4pm and the condo isn't close to the beach like it's advertised. Owner did thank us for choosing their unit once we left. We didn't utilize the pool like we thought we would because it seemed there was always drunk ppl down there and we didn't want that around our child.

Perfect for a small family

My daughter and her two sons and I stayed in the condo for a week and found it to be clean and roomy. The balcony is very large and looks over the pool. The pool is much nicer than the picture reveals. The location is very close to a Target, Dollar General, Family Dollar and Walmart. We could find everything we needed with ease. I would definitely book again!

Overall Nice property

The property is beautiful, quiet and exactly as pictured on the listing. The Seller has a knack for great beach decorations in the home. However, the property is not steps away from the Beach as stated. Property is centrally located near Walmart and lots of Restaurants, but expect a 5-10 minute drive to the Beach depending on traffic. Seller should advertise as such. Also when we arrived the home was not stocked with any essentials and we had to buy our own toilet paper and garbage bags. The dishes were sparce and mostly plastic plates. We were busy , in and out for a Baseball tournament but would have been very dissappointed had we intended to cook or eat in a lot. I also had an issue with the door locks( admittedly my own fault) but I had to contact the seller to ask how to properly lock the doors. Overall it is a very nice property and the location is close to everything.

Courteous Fast Communicating Host With An Excellent Property!

Property is very well kept and has an awesome location in relation to the pool (you can see it from the balcony). Property location is convenient to beach, popular restaurants, etc. The host responds very quickly and is pleasant to interact with. My family had a great time staying here!

Great location and great place to stay! Nice quiet neighborhood and just down the street from all the great area attractions and the beautiful beach! We hope to stay here again!

Great condo in a great complex

This condo complex is a bit off the beach but is quiet and really nice. You can walk to food and shops if you want. With the free public parking the beach is easy and free to go to. The pool in the complex is really nice and this unit has a nice view of it. I'd highly recommend this unit.

Very convenient location

We spent 5 days in Gulf Shores arriving Saturday evening and left on Thursday morning. The condo was easy to find and the property owners were wonderful. The property has a pool located just below with a porch overlooking. Although we were in town for the beach I will never rent a place without a pool again. There were times when we didn’t want to fight traffic and parking and didn’t have a lot of time and the pool was a perfect way to cool off and relax in the evening or mid day. We ran into a small plumbing issue and within 20 min the property manager was onsite and had the issue resolved in minutes. Only complaint was that there’s a lot of gross marks and on the flat wall paint. But seeing as you cannot wipe them down there’s no way to fix that without repainting. Location is convenient to everything around and off the beaten path just enough that the evenings were very peaceful. Overall 9/10 would definitely stay here again and recommend this place highly.

Cozy place

Overall it was great! We originally had six people coming on our trip, but two couldn’t make it. The listing states it sleeps six. It would’ve been very tight with six. With only two bedrooms, the air mattress had to be put on the floor of the master bedroom. Which made it difficult to get around. Other than that, the place was clean, kitchen was very nice and the pool was great!

Clean and Very accommodating

2nd floor condo . Very short drive from everything. Comes equipped with washer and dryer . Has basic cooking necessities. Plastic plates and bowls. Master bath has a double vanity . 2 queen beds , couch, loveseat, has an air mattress and sand toys in the closet and lots of extra pillows and blankets. Balcony overlooks pool. Very nice

Conveniently close to Big Beach Brewery

Condo was very nice. Would rent again. Would suggest buying some glass dinnerware. Nothing but plastic is great for kids but not for adults and utensils were very thin. Also, master bedroom mattress is really noisy. That being said, it’s a great condo to rent.
