Great stay! Location is terrific! Close proximity to Coligny Beach and downtown HHI, with lots of shopping & many great restaurants. Easy check-in/check-out. Condo was super clean & well furnished. Wi-Fi throughout. Comfy beds and the reclining sofas were perfect for relaxing on!. Full kitchen with lots of stocked amenities available. The beach wagon does need to be replaced and the indoor pool was closed for construction, but the weather was great and we used the outdoor pool our entire trip with no complaints! Communication and all instructions were clear and concise. Overall 5 Stars!!

The unit itself was great! Exceptionally clean, had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. The building/indoor pool is under construction which was disappointing. There was a lot of construction mess and noise.

Our stay was great! 2 balconies, leather couches that recline, beach chairs, lots of room to spread out, and fantastic Ohio State decor. Pickleball courts were a major bonus.

Horrible Experience

The Check in process with the key lock box process was off to a bad start when we were not told the lock box was on the top rack in the middle. This would have been helpful. Then, the Owner gave us the wrong code for the lock box. Spent an hour trying with the wrong code. Was not offered any compensation. The condo was fine, no issues. Absolute awful host experience. Awful.

Nice place, good location

The condo is very nice. We had a couple of issues that the owners were attentive to. The pools were perfect. And the location, just across one street from the beach was wonderful.

Great stay

Great location. Rooms big with living room in each lockoff. Did not have enough beach chairs but owner was kind enough to reimburse us for buying one. Need a few things such as spices, cleaning supplies and more toilet paper ( only one per bathroom). Overall still great.

Great stay

This property is very close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. AC works very well and there was plenty of space for the 5 of us. Using the lockbox at check in was a little tricky, but everything else was as expected. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Definitely will return!

Perfect for our family with 2 kids (10 and 13)… they had their own area separate from the main space. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min to Coligny. Both pools on property were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!!

Car trouble

The property and room was excellent! One of the cars traveling with us broke down Saturday morning and couldn’t get a mechanic on a Saturday. So part of our party needed to stay an extra couple of days and Greg and Diana was great! The room wasn’t booked for the following days and they allowed us to extend our stay! Much appreciated! They saved our first girls trip!

Favorite HHI Condo Community

We have been visiting Hilton Head for many years, and always love to stay at Ocean Walk! The indoor pool and hot tub give us great options on rainy or cool days! Many of the units, like this one, provide two separate living spaces, which is great for families with teens - lots of space and privacy! The balconies (one off each bedroom - facing the front parking area) provide a nice spot for coffee or evening chats. Easy walk or bike to the beach! We rented bikes from Island Life, right around the corner, and our bikes were locked up on the rack by the time we arrived. This is a second story unit. The condo was as pictured and was very clean. We had everything we needed in the nicely remodeled kitchen. Dish, dishwasher and hand soap were provided, as well as a roll of tissue per bathroom and a roll of paper towels. The coffee pot is a pot that requires ground coffee, not pods. Other reviewers have complained about the king bed, but I think the mattress has been replaced - firm and comfortable. Likewise, the queen mattress was comfortable. Plenty of fresh-smelling linens. Nice seating options throughout the condo. I can’t think of anything we needed that we couldn’t find! When you’re looking for the lockbox to get the fob to gain entry into the building, look for the white one. It’s not clearly labeled. Also, when replacing the door on the lockbox, re-enter the code - it will allow the latch to slide down to securely close it. Save you some frustration!

Nice location and close to everything. Owners provided very detailed information!

The property was in good shape with plenty of amenities. Close to everything. The king bed mattress was a little uncomfortable, at least for me. Would still recommend it and stay again.

Great location

Condo was a perfect set up for two couples. Our only complaint was that the bedroom with the king bed had no closet to hang up clothes. The condo was in a nice area and was close to the beach, bike trails and places to eat.

Memorial Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Walk! This was our second time staying in the complex but the first time with the hosts. The layout is perfect for a couples vacation, like we were doing, because of the layout being two joined condos. The hosts were great and accommodating. The beach is just a short walk away and there is a bicycle rental at the end of the road. I look forward to our next trip to HHI!
