Perfect for a romantic holiday, sea kayaking, wild swimming, star-gazing, chasing the Northern Lights, hiking, walking, seal watching, or bird watching. Panoramic views of the sea and the glen are the incredible backdrop for your stay and we're pet-friendly for your furry walking or hiking companions! Our kitchen garden is yours to use if you're a keen cook, or explore the unbelievable fine dining the island has to offer!

Die Lage des Cottage ist sehr schön, es ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Wintergarten.Es gibt aber keine TĂŒren zu den RĂ€umen, so dass es sehr hellhörig ist und die Betten oben sind so hart, dass wir sehr schlecht geschlafen haben.

Das HĂ€uschen ist unglaublich atemberaubend gelegen. Es ist eine tolle Urlaubswoche gewesen! Am besten war der große Wintergarten, der hell und einladend, selbst bei regnerischen Wetter ist. Man unglaublich weit sehen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt braucht.Im Ort, ca 8 Autominuten entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Laden, der wirklich alle WĂŒnsche erfĂŒllt, vom Lebensmittel, zum Motoröl, zur Postkarte bis zum Spielzeug und Regenmantel. Man fĂŒhlt sich an Harry Potter erinnert, denn es muss Magie im Spiel sein, welch ungeahnte GrĂ¶ĂŸe einen erwartet, wenn man durch die kleine EingangstĂŒr geht.Wir sind sehr froh, diese Woche in Glendale verbracht zu haben. Es war die naturbezogenste in unserem 3 wöchigen Urlaub. Man merkt, dass das HĂ€uschen vom Besitzer selbst bewohnt wird, da es liebevoll eingerichtet ist.

Remote location, Blinkin awful roads! But if you want peace then this is heaven. Need an SUV to get up to lodge. Brilliant views and very cosy home.

So so wonderful!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Hayley's croft! We loved the location, after all the city stays before we got to Glendale it was the perfect escape nestled in nature. Hayley was so considerate and brilliant with communication, and the space was beautiful - we all wished we had stayed even longer!! I can't recommend this croft enough, and if we're back on Skye we'll definitely stay here again :)

Heerlijk zo’n autentieke Schotse cottage. Vrijheid, rust, haardvuur en een mooi uitzicht. Meer heb je niet nodig.

Idyllic Countryside Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Wee Minglewood. The cottage is out of the way in a peaceful area with incredible views of the countryside and free roaming sheep. The location was so peaceful and a beautiful area to drive around. The cottage is stylishly furnished, cozy and well insulated. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The sunroom was beautiful in the afternoon light and we had great views of the stars at night. Staying at Wee Minglewood was one of the many highlights of our trip to Skye.

Amazing remote location

Lovely cottage made to feel as though we were in a home from home.Just what we were looking for a lovely peaceful location surrounded by sheep and beautiful countryside.we had amazing weather so were able to explore the Island fully and we loved being near to Neist Point and a great vegetarian restaurant "Chidakasha Skye" was a nice addition to our stay ...must book 👍 great under floor heating in the conservatory , always nice and warm and great we could use the washing machine as we'd been on the road for while.comdy bed and loved the little snug area upstairs and fairy lights.nicely stocked kitchen, could benefit from having a microwave ans toaster bur we manages without.Wifi was good and TV options excellent with all the apps if wanted but the stars were our TV x

Schönes, cool und individuell eingerichtetes Cottage mit Garten inmitten wunderbarer Natur und sogar das Meer ist zu sehen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, Wohnzimmer, voll ausgestattete KĂŒche, Badezimmer und Wintergarten. Der Aufenthalt im Wee Minglewood war ein Highlight auf unserer 3-wöchigen Schottland-Reise. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können das Cottage allen empfehlen die eine persönliche Unterkunft suchen!

Isle of Skye

Das Ferienhaus liegt ein bißchen abgelegen, ein kleiner Laden in dem es eigentlich alles gibt ist aber auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Wintergarten kann man auch bei schlechtem Wetter schön sitzen.

Perfect little cottage

Perfect little cottage away from the crowds and noise. Incredible views. Great sunroom. Driveway is a bit overgrown, glad the rental car has insurance for all the scuffs and scratches, yard was a little overgrown and probably a little more trash around than you'd expect at this price point, but we thoughouly enjoyed our stay.
