ショートサンズとナブルライトの間に位置する静かな行き止まりの道沿いに素晴らしいコテージ。 ショートサンズへの片道とブラウンのアイスクリームへは徒歩5分！ 1階にはリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、サンルーム、キッチン、浴室/シャワー付きのバスルーム、フルサイズの洗濯機と乾燥機付きの洗濯室があります。 太陽の下で朝のコーヒーのために素晴らしいバックの小さなポーチがあります！ 2階には2つの寝室があります。

大きなプライベートヤード、そのほとんどはコテージの側面にあります。家族の料理のための十分な部屋（裏庭のガスグリル）と3台の駐車場があります。

This is a wonderful summer cottage within easy walking distance of Short Sands Beach and 'downtown' York Beach. We are hoping to come for 2 weeks next summer!

This was our second time staying here. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be much better and the owners were easy to work with. We’d definitely enjoy staying here again next year if available.

Great Location, Spotless Cottage, Excellent Hosts

We spent a few weeks at the cottage and it was absolutely perfect. The location, the home itself, and the outdoor space all exceeded our expectations. Being within walking distance to both Short Sands and Long Sands made it easy to get around, whether we had the car or not. Communication with the owners was smooth and responsive, and the cottage was spotless upon arrival. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to come back next year!

Perfect Vacation

Great place!

We had 3 teens and 2 adults. Location was great, we spent most of our time at the beach. About a .6 mile walk to the Nubble lighthouse which was perfect for a morning walk with a cup of coffee. The house was very well stocked. The only downside was a lack of AC. Fans were in every room, but with the heat wave it was warm!

Perfect Cottage 1/4 mile Walk To Short Sands Beach!

An entire house to yourself on a private, dead -end road, less than a 10 minute walk to Short Sands Beach, and a 15 minute walk to Nubble Light House (where you can also get an amazing dinner, drinks, and ice cream for your efforts!) House has comfortable furniture, lawn parking, and owners provide ALL essentials from a full-sized stackable washer/dryer, full-sized fridge/freezer, to a propane grill, fire pit, grilling tools, s’mores sticks, microwave, coffee maker, and everything in between, needed to comfortably enjoy a beach vacation WITH kids! All other essential amenities provided—in case you’ve forgotten to bring something—including beach chairs and a wagon/cart! House is laid out to provide spaces for individuals, small, and large groups to gather—Sun porch, with queen futon, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 8 adults total) covered front and back porches, patio, a large grassy side yard! Everyone has their own space—helpful at times! Owners were super easy to reach/communicate with, instructions clearly laid out, and BEST OF ALL…having an outside shower with HOT WATER! ( as of now it’s not enclosed, but it’s near the back patio—and in bathing suits, or a little creativity on your part, there can be plenty of privacy! We will definitely try to book this home again for future vacations—If a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located family rental home are what you’re looking for, I highly recommend this one!

Very nice place

Plenty of parking. Very nice place bigger than I expected. The neighbor Marge was very helpful with the recycling and fun to talk to.

Girls weekend

The house was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Outside sitting with firepit (propane). Just perfect for us. Walking distance to Short Sands. Communication was very good.

Houston extended family 1st visit to Nubble Light

Booked this for my uncle and his daughter and 2 children ages 11 and 14 for two nights. They loved it, went to Nubble, Short Sands beach, Lobster Cove and a good time was had by all. I'd recommend this cottage it was clean, and location was stellar. Loved the little back patio with its gas fire pit, we made s'mores with the kids...

Beautiful Area

The area was beautiful and house was perfect for what we needed it for. Didn’t get to enjoy the area as much as we wanted since we were part of a softball tournament. But the over house is very nice and area is just beautiful!

Love this cottage!

We’ve stayed in York Beach area before but this cottage was perfect for hanging out with family, either in the main living area, the porch or the lovely back patio. The ground were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to spend our week in York!

We had an amazing time this year. This was our first time staying here and I can’t wait to return. From the location, to the overall condition of the property- as well as the amenities included, we had a wonderful experience. It felt like a home away from home. The owners were down to earth and very responsive. I could not express just how pleased my family and I were to have spent our highly anticipated week in York this year. This was a great cottage, plenty of space and a large yard to play. Short walk to short sands beach, less than 10 minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay!

Nestled— like a quiet oasis on a dead end street— this lovely seacoast property was a perfect getaway for our ever-growing family. Inside this bilevel home, all the living spaces had a cozy eclectic feel. The first floor contained the main family areas with sun room, living room, dining room, well-stocked kitchen, full bath & laundry units. Then located upstairs were two good sized bedrooms—one with a queen sized bed; the other had 3 beds-a double and two twins. Outdoor living spaces included: a back porch where we savored an early morning cup of coffee; the lilac-lined side yard with a large grassy play area; and a rear patio where we enjoyed an evening cookout. We took daily advantage of the short 10 min walk to Short Sands beach 🏖. We also had a picnic lunch at the Nubble Lighthouse (3/4 mile away) and enjoyed an ice cream 🍨 treat from Dunnes (1/2 mile away). Lastly, we want to shout out to our gracious hosts—who were welcoming, easy to reach and very responsive. Thankyou Sue and Glenn—we are looking forward to visiting again!

Maine Sucks, tell your friends (ACTUALLY WE LOVED IT)

This VRBO rental is in a great location on Cape Neddick and Nubble Lighthouse is a short walk. The house was clean and everything we needed was provided. My only complaint (and it's a small one really) is that the furniture is outdated and not very comfortable.
