Spend your summer in this modern home. Gorgeous ocean and pond views from every room. The first floor open layout features a large kitchen and dining area, living room, guest suite, powder room, and office. The full finished basement has a living room/media room, full bathroom, bedroom and gym. The second floor has three large bedrooms each with their own private decks with sweeping ocean views. The master bedroom has two walk-in closets, large bathroom with a steam shower, private deck and outdoor shower. There are three outdoor showers in total. Ten foot sliding glass doors open up to a large deck and covered porch, heated pool and bocci court. Walk to town, ocean beaches, Navy Bay and restaurants.
