Located walking distance to town and beach across the street from Shadmoor State Park. House is newly renovated with open floor plan and two outdoor decks. Approx. 2300 square feet with 4 bedrooms + sunroom with extra sleeping area and 3 full baths. Plunge pool*, brand new outdoor shower, bikes, beach chairs, grill and more! Very private location.

Walk along the cliffs at Shadmoor to Ditch Plains Beach, stroll to town and explore the shops and restaurants, bike over to the marina area, and make sure to enjoy the sunset at Montauket!

Our family stayed for a week in June 2025. The house and property were truly spacious, relaxing, and exactly as described in the listing profile. Jess was a terrific host, answered questions promptly, and we would certainly consider renting it again.

Nice place, great location

Exceptionally nice house with plenty of room to congregate yet also to enjoy your own space. Very clean and well furnished. Centrally located, can walk, bike and drive to everything the area has to offer. Great communication with Jessica. Highly recommended.

Beautiful home for a long stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located home! The house had everything you could need-- a beautiful open kitchen, outdoor space, and outdoor shower. The house is walking distance to the town and the beach. We had an amazing stay here and would love to return in the future! Jessica was also extremely responsive whenever we had any questions about the house too! 10/10 stay :)

Cannot recommend enough!

Jessica’s home in Montauk is a dream. Ideally located just 5min away from town, restaurants and more importantly the beach! The property is newly renovated, sparkly clean and very comfortable. The living room with the remote controlled fireplace was my favorite! Communication was easy and so was the check in and check out process. We highly recommend for anyone to stay at Jessica’s place in or off season. We will definitely be back :)

Amazing vibes

We recently stayed here, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The house was beautifully furnished, with all the amenities we could have asked for, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing fireplace and a large area for dining and relaxing. The location of the house was in the perfect location to access the town and easily get around to all the restaurants and bars. Overall, our experience at this vacation house was truly exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Montauk getaway. The house exceeded all of our expectations, and we would rate our experience a 10 out of 10. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

Pefect sized Montauk Beach House

Had an incredible stay at Jessica's place in Montauk. Great location- stones throw away from Shadmoor State Park, the main bar and restaurant strip in Montauk, and not too far from the beach as well. Truly is an idealic experience at her place. Awesome back patio with hot tub and great seating, great living room, another upstairs deck as as well and outdoor shower as well. Great beach vibe that makes you feel right at home. Good sized bedrooms with good work from home setup. Jessica was a real hands on host with anything we needed- instructions, any small issues with the house, etc. If you're going to Montauk would highly reccomend her place!
