This beautiful house has a two bedroom unit on the 1st floor, a one bedroom casita on the 2nd floor, and a roof terrace with 360 degree views on top. There's a great patio overlooking a very nice garden and pool. Perfect for families, or a group of friends. Located in a quiet area. The Sayulita town center and beach are within easy walking distance.

Downstairs:
The main space consists of a living room, kitchen with counter, and a dining area. From here you can access two separate bedrooms, bathroom, and a great back patio. The patio overlooks a very nice garden and pool. The apartment is sheltered from the street by a front gate and a nice little front yard.

The Casita: The casita is located on the second story and consists of three spacious rooms (kitchen/living room, bedroom and bathroom) and a private patio. The roof terrace with great 360 degree view can be accessed via the spiral staircase on the patio.

The place was a nice getaway for a week. We loved the pool and I was able to get a lot of remote work done with the WiFi.

Great experience and location in Sayulita!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Tortuga!The home was clean, super easy check-in, well equiped and perfectly located. We were a walk away from everything, and we were traveling with a 4-year-old, no need for a stroller! The property manager, Will and his team at Canuva, were excellent, very attentive and reachable if we needed anything. Quick to respond and helpful.We loved our stay, and highly recommend! If/when we come back to Sayulita, I'll be booking Casa Tortuga again!

This property is located in an authentic Mexican neighborhood. The house is wonderfully Mexican, with an upstairs unit that looks down at the beautiful pool in the backyard (so refreshing after walking downtown for lunch and shopping). In the morning, coffee on the lanai or in the courtyard, is so relaxing and a great way to start the day. The owners obviously takes pride in their vacation rental, making sure any issues are swiftly dealt with by their property management. Will was very responsive and Ruben made sure we were happy by making up for any issues out of his control. We would highly recommend Torguga 20 to anyone seeking accomodations embedded in the Mexican culture. It is located close to shopping, the beach, amazing local food, and multiple recreational opportunities. We will definitely return. RIchard and Candace

Nous avons loué la maison complète et nous avons adoré pouvoir profiter de la cour et de la piscine, puis de la terrasse sur le toit pour regarder les etoiles. Tres chalereux, nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Nous aurions aimé que des accessoires de plage soient disponibles. Je n'ai pas donné 5 etoiles pour la propreté, pas en raison de l'entretien de la maison, simplement que ce secteur de la ville est particulierement poussiéreux en raison des routes.

Beautiful home in a quieter part of Sayulita.

We loved this property for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. The pool is great for the kids and the backyard has ample room for lounging or an outdoor dinner. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. It's in a quieter area but still within walking distance to the beach and town square. We were very well taken care of by the property manager - I would definitely return!

Hi, we are Sophie and Ruben. Not so long ago we came to Sayulita on a surf trip, and immediately lost our hearts here. We packed up and moved - with our two daughters - and never looked back.
We are originally from Belgium. We've lived for 8 years in beautiful Laguna Beach, California, and now we live full time in equally beautiful Sayulita, Nayarit.

Why they chose this property

We are a family with two children. We live in this house most of the year. It's perfect for us. We love living here in the Tamarindo area. Still close enough to the beach and the town center, but avoiding the hustle and bustle of the town.

What makes this property unique

We very much enjoy the roof terrace and our great back patio overlooking the garden and pool.
