Benvenuto a 28 Duck Hawk! Questa casa con cinque camere da letto, cinque e mezzo bagno si trova di fronte all'oceano a Sea Pines. Può facilmente ospitare fino a dieci ospiti con molto spazio libero.

Questa particolare casa ha una grande piscina privata e una vasca idromassaggio. Purché la temperatura non scenda al di sotto dei 55 gradi, è tutto pronto per goderti la piscina e il centro benessere gratuiti da marzo a maggio e da settembre a novembre (devi chiamare l'ufficio prima del tuo soggiorno per confermare e programmare). Ci sono una miriade di sedie per assorbire i raggi dalla piscina e persino una veranda coperta se stai cercando di sfuggire al sole.

Hai accesso diretto alla spiaggia da 28 Duck Hawk. Circa 100 metri dalla spiaggia tramite il sentiero privato sulla spiaggia - siete accolti dalle splendide spiagge di Hilton Head Island. C'è anche un gazebo privato a metà strada lungo il sentiero della spiaggia con molti posti a sedere per rilassarsi e prendere la brezza dell'oceano.

Primo piano:

Tre delle camere sono situate al livello principale della casa, che è sopraelevato su una rampa di scale. La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con accesso diretto a un portico e passi verso la grande terrazza della piscina. La terza camera ha due letti singoli e un televisore a schermo piatto. Questa camera da letto dispone di un bagno privato con cabina doccia.

Anche a livello principale è la lavanderia di dimensioni standard. Ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice e contro spazio. Questa casa è dotata di connessione internet wireless.

Livello medio:

La camera da letto principale si trova a livello medio. Ha un letto matrimoniale e un televisore a schermo piatto. Ha accesso diretto a uno dei tanti portici di questa casa. Ci sono passi che conducono dal portico privato fino alla zona della terrazza della piscina. Il bagno padronale privato ha più spazio di quanto tu abbia mai bisogno! Ha una cabina armadio, vasca da bagno e cabina doccia separata.

Secondo piano:

Il salone principale si trova su questo piano e offre un ampio divano componibile, posti a sedere supplementari e un televisore a schermo piatto. Appena fuori dalla zona giorno è una stanza di polvere. C'è un accesso diretto a un altro portico che ti condurrà anche alla zona della piscina.

La cucina aperta e la sala da pranzo sono appena fuori dal soggiorno. La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere disponibili per un massimo di dieci. C'è accesso al portico fuori da questa stanza dove si trova la griglia a gas.

La cucina a concetto aperto presenta elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di fascia alta. Ha anche un'isola di cottura con una gamma di gas e posti a sedere bar superiore.

Pensione:

A pochi passi dalla casa principale e situato al largo della zona della terrazza della piscina, troverete la pensione. Family vacation

Great property with beach access. Enjoyed our stay here with family. Lots of room to spread out. Communication with property manager was very efficient. Got back to us right away and took care of any issues promptly.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

Our family, six adults and four children, recently spent a week in this beautiful home. The location and beach access were perfect. The pool was a big hit with everyone. The house was big enough to accommodate us comfortably, indoors and on the deck spaces. We did a lot of cooking but found the kitchen needed more utensils for food preparation. Overall, the home was a lovely place for our family to vacation.

Excellent

Love the home and the location. Excellent for all our children ages 6-18. We had a wonderful time, even though we had a hurricane for part of it. Only dissatisfaction was with the property management company, who I sent three emails during the storm and prior with no response. It was an extremely active time during the storm and no answer from the Company was very disappointing and will make me think twice before I book with them again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with our young twins and had a mixed experience.If you're traveling with babies or toddlers, I'd note that this home is not especially family-friendly. The layout includes multiple sets of stairs and very wide doorways, which meant the standard BabyQuip rental baby gates we reserved would not fit. This made it difficult to safely block off stairways and other areas of the house.There is only one bathtub in the home, located in the primary bathroom. It's a large jacuzzi tub from the early 2000s, which wasn't very practical for bathing young children.The downstairs tile also has several large cracks in the grout that made it uncomfortable to walk on barefoot and could use some maintenance. Overall, the home feels dated and would benefit from some updates.The pool was enjoyable, although there are a few things to note. Because it is surrounded by mature trees, it receives a good amount of shade, which is nice on hot days. However, every morning the pool and surrounding deck were covered with pine needles and pine cones. The pool deck also has a significant amount of brick, which can be rough underfoot.The biggest highlight of this property is the location. Although the house is set back from the beach, it is still oceanfront with convenient, direct beach access and some beautiful ocean views. Sea Pines is a wonderful community with great amenities, bike paths, and easy access to the beach, which made for a very enjoyable vacation overall.One additional positive was the property management company. They were responsive, addressed our needs quickly during our stay, and were very pleasant to work with.In summary, if your priorities are location and beach access, this home delivers. If you're looking for a modern, updated home or one that's particularly well suited for families with babies or toddlers, you may want to consider other options.

The location is great. I owned a property in Sea Pines and it was part of Sea Pines VIP rentals. The pictures in the listing hide the fact that this property has not been updated in a long time. It needs paint, carpet, furnture, kitchen amenities and a new or refurbished boardwalk to the beach. The property is being rented as a prime rental and it is not. The owner is trying to sell it and is not investing any money in its upkeep. It is just tired and old. It will prevent me from renting a property from coastal in the future. I go to Sea Pines at least once per year and want first class property. This one is not

We understand how important it is to accurately market vacation rental properties and feel we do our best to represent our portfolio correctly through our photos and descriptions. In our online description of this home, we mention that this home is a clean, comfortable, and moderately priced home but is more of a leisure beach property. Based on your feedback, we’ve also reviewed our online photos and feel that they continue to correctly represent the home in terms of furnishings, decorations, updates, etc. Additionally, the home is priced accordingly due to it being an older home with limited updates and is one of many economical oceanfront homes you will find in Sea Pines that appeal to guests looking for great value in terms of location and comfort within their budget and needs. We do not disagree that the home is an older, classic Sea Pines home and we can understand your level of disappointment given the type of property you were probably looking to book. Although the home is currently on the market, the homeowner is engaged and open to suggestions. I know they will be appreciative of your feedback. Upon departure, you mentioned the boardwalk stair and based on that feedback, it is currently being fixed. We are a smaller, hands-on management company that represents a variety of select homes across the Island and we hope that you would give us another opportunity to provide you a much better experience in one of our nicer, more updated homes on your next annual visit to the Island. Fantastic Hilton Head Oceanside experience!

We stayed for one week in July with my 3 children (8, 10, 12 years), my brother and my parents (4 adults, 3 children). This was our first Hilton Head experience. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The property is as advertised. The home and property are very clean and well-managed. We found the pool and spa to be clean and in good working condition. In fact, everything was is such good shape we did not need to contact management for any issues during our stay. I did email the management company prior to our stay with a few questions and each email was addressed promptly and professionally. The spa was hot (103-104), which was important to our family. There are two dishwashers in a very large spacious kitchen. Nice range, grill, ample refrigerator space. Even has a wine fridge. One issue to be mindful about is the property and home have many levels and sets of stairs that may be challenging for some guests. This was not a problem for our family. Although, it could be an issue for elderly or guests with physical limitations. A few tips: Rent bicycles. The property rental came with a VayK credit which we used. If riding at night be mindful the island is dark. Bring flashlights or bicycle lights and a helmet. stores are busy. Consider using the grocery delivery service or mobile app. When shopping for groceries keep in mind disposable items such as coffee filters, paper towels, condiments, detergent, etc are not provided. Exceptional experience. 5/5. Would stay again!

Incredible location, Unbelievable pool - a vacation to remember!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool, privacy and location canNOT be beat! One thing we didn't see in other reviews was that the beach during our week (Father's Day) was relatively quiet in front of the house! The public beach access was not very populated, and we were able to have uncrowded beach space every day (including the Juneteenth holiday!). The pool stayed cool the WHOLE week and was so refreshing, and the outdoor shower helped make sure we didn't drag sand through the pool area. As other guests stated, this home has a lot of stairs! We counted 7 "levels" in the main house, so maybe not the most friendly for the smallest children/older grandparents. The "casita" was a lovely hideout for grandparents, but was incredibly humid, and the shower had trouble draining. In the main house, the showers did not get very hot (really warm, but not hot), and the water pressure was adequate. We arrived on time (13 minutes early!), but the final inspection had not been completed (and did not start until after 4), so we had to ask for access to the house, which was quickly granted! The inspection was helpful, and issues were resolved immediately, however, we did have a few follow-up requests for service on the grill (the grease pan was overflowing, the propane tank was empty, but there was a backup, and the grill started multiple grease fires during the first use. There is also only 1 bathtub in the house (the primary bedroom on the most middle floor), so just to be mindful for children! A pack-and-play does fit easily in at least 2 closets and has easy access to outlets for white noise machines and monitors! There also was not a broom, and the vacuum did not work very efficiently, so cleaning up during and after meals was a bit less efficient than at a well-stocked home for children!

As for the inspection at check-in, we apologize for the brief delay. The home was cleaned and ready for your arrival, and our inspector was simply completing the final walkthrough to double-check everything met our standards before guests entered. We appreciate your patience and were glad to grant access quickly. We’ve also noted your comments on the vacuum and lack of broom, these are helpful suggestions, and we'll be sure to restock and test cleaning tools to make sure guests have what they need, especially families with little ones. Beautiful home/Great Location

This home is beautiful and served our family well. The multiple levels housing the 5 BR/BA allows for privacy of all parties. The location is nice and private and just steps away from the ocean. The pool is a great size and outdoor areas are awesome for dining and lounging. We enjoyed all areas of the outside and the new top level was great for evening family time. The kitchen is well equipped and made it nice for cooking meals to stay in when we chose to do so. The dishwashers are old and we could only use the one because the other was stuck on rinse mode. The ceiling also had spaghetti sauce or the like splattered so the cleaning crew needs to do a better job with things like that. The TV in the master gave us some issues but we managed to use it by manually turning it off and on. The outside shower coming from the ocean was really handy. All in all, would we rent this again…absolutely!

Family Getaway ~ Duck Hawk Sea Pines

Excellent in every way! Five bedrooms were great! The two dishwashers in the kitchen and then the full fridge/ microwave in the pool house were very helpful. We stocked the pool house fridge with drinks/ snacks so folks didn’t have to go up to the kitchen while at the pool.

The house is perfect -- we love the location, the privacy of the pool and the direct access to the beach. Best vacation ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and kids, stayed her with my parents, sister, and aunt and uncle for 14 glorious nights. It was amazing. The issues were small, and easily addressed. When issues arose with the home, the rental company was quick, responsive, and did everything they could to ensure our experience was great! When we arrived, we found the property had been updated recently and it wasn't reflected in the photos, and made it even better. TVs were smart tvs and totally easy to use. The kitchen was recently redone, and even with the backsplash only half done was gorgeous! Like I said, issues were small - the ice makers don't work, so we bought bags of ice. The trash wasn't picked up on schedule, so the rental company came and got it. When our propane ran out for the stovetop, the rental company did everything they could to get it filled that day, and when they couldn't, dropped off a cooktop so my mother could still meet her diet restrictions! I wish the light inside the pool worked, we would have loved more nighttime swimming - but these were minor inconveniences, that definitely did not hamper our stay!

I looked all over and only found a large heavy vacuum cleaner.
