Unit 114- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Gulf views. | This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. The view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 2 people. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The living room has a 43" flat screen TV and there is a new sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine and a standard 12 cup coffee maker. The condo has a tile floor with carpeting in the bedroom. It is furnished and has an enclosed patio with sliding windows, allowing you to enjoy the warm tropical breezes from the Gulf of Mexico, which will make your stay a memorable one. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is clean, and Palm Bay is well located. This is a north facing unit which is less than ideal, because the bedroom area was always very dark.My biggest negative about the unit was that it needed updating. The bedroom comforter, sheets, and pillows need to be REPLACED. Gross. The shower head is also something from the 90’s. It can’t be that expensive to replace a shower head. Other than that, it was a good visit.

Excellence

We had an amazing time at Palm Bay. Check in was a breeze. Our family stayed across the street, so we used both the pool and beach for the full four days. The room was clean and was loaded with everything you need. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a perfect view of the sunset. We had no negative things to say. We highly recommend staying at Palm Bay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach is wonderful. Condo is a bit outdated and could really use an overhaul. Kitchen and bathroom’s especially. Well appointed kitchen as far as cooking needs. And being on the beach is perfect.

Midwinter break

The location of the property was perfect, and the private beach with lounge chairs was a bonus. We could walk to Siesta Key Village from the condo or take the free trolley ride to town for dining and shopping. The condo had an amazing view, and we enjoyed the two pools and hot tub on the canal side. The condo had everything we needed, and it was clean. The decor and furnishings are getting a little outdated. The king size mattress seems to be broken and sagging on one side, even though the owners said it is newer. Overall it was a great stay.
