Walking distance to Battery Creek, Sands Beach and boardwalk, great restaurants and nature trail, six minutes to Parris Island, ten minutes to walking and biking on the Spanish Moss Trail, ten minutes to historic Beaufort, twenty minutes to beach and lighthouse at Hunting Island State Park, forty minutes to Bluffton, Hilton Head and Savannah.
