Nous sommes ravis d'offrir ce condominium en front de mer de 2 chambres pouvant accueillir 6 personnes au total.

Le condo dispose de bois naturel partout en plus d'un mobilier en cuir avec des couleurs terreuses chaudes en font un espace accueillant et relaxant
La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une salle de bain attenante et la deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits doubles - pour dormir un total de 6 personnes. Chaque chambre a une télévision à écran plat.

Cette propriété de vacances offre une superficie de 1350 pieds carrés.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée, la salle à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes et le salon a des meubles en cuir et une vue sur le golfe.

Family Spring Break

Clean property, well stocked, great ocean view. Far enough away from the busy crowds but close enough to them when you wanted something to do. The pool was a great addition as well. This was our 2nd stay in the building and we will be back.

Great Beach Condo

Beach Time Rentals in Clearwater Beach, FL was an excellent choice for our family of four. There condo had plenty of room for everyone, and the view is spectacular from the master bedroom, and from the living room. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach was just few steps away. The host provided the needed information that made out trip enjoyable.

Check in time

Only problem was we had concert tickets in Tampa. Concert started at 6:00 pm, could not check in until 4:00 pm and the property manage would not work with us. That was the only issue and it all worked out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time renting in this building. Both places well located, very clean , great views and overall nice place to stay. The only complaint for both this unit and the previous one we rented is that there is no air conditioning vent in the second bedroom and while the rest of the unit is very comfortable the smaller bedroom is stuffy and difficult to sleep in .

Steps away from the beach nicely in the middle of town, but not in the very busy area where it's loud. Nice and quiet, able to watch the sunset from the deck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you to Beach time rental and to Mona for being so attentive with two small issues. She was always there to pick up the phone call. The rental was great, clean and had most all amenities with beautiful view being right on the beach. One complaint, but not major is that the ice maker does not work. The week we were down there was very cold and we needed blankets which they did not have. Beach time rentals immediately had new blankets within a few hours for us to keep us warm at night. One suggestion is to tell the rental owners to clean the drier vent attachment to the wall. It will eventually cause a fire if not cleaned.

Beautiful view

Older property. A little dusty. We weren't originally given all of the codes to the various entries but when I texted I got an immediate response. Thought there was an office to get beach equipment from but it was actually in a closet that we didn't notice until the day before we left. The view was amazing and that made it worth it.

And the master bath toilet was very sensitive. The best part of this condo is the location; you walk downstairs, out of the parking garage, and onto the beach. We enjoyed morning walks in the residential neighborhoods and walked to dinner almost every night. Perfect location... out of the hustle but close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do. This is our second stay here, and we enjoyed it. And Mona was great to work with and easy to communicate with. Just wish the air conditioning worked better in the front bedroom.

However the view from the balcony and the sound of the ocean more then make up for that. Mona was very helpful. I mentioned the pots and pans were old and tired. she had a new entire set delivered the next day. I hope to be back soon.
