Nuovissimo a partire dall'estate 2018, con accesso ideale alla spiaggia e alla città. 7 camere da letto, 5 bagni, 2 cucine complete e 8 posti auto in loco. Perfetto per tutta la famiglia, con tanti spazi connessi e indipendenti per tutti.

Vista sull'oceano dall'ultimo piano, 2 docce esterne, giocattoli da spiaggia, carri e un piccolo cortile. 5 minuti. raggiungere a piedi Moonlight Beach, 2 min. passeggiare per un favoloso punto panoramico al tramonto., e 3 isolati in città. Vieni attraverso! Questa è la nostra firma BeachHaus.


Tutte le proprietà dispongono di check-in self-service e check-out self-service, così puoi entrare e uscire quando vuoi. Ci si può aspettare di godere di una completa privacy da parte nostra, ma se dovesse succedere qualcosa vivremo in fondo alla strada a Solana Beach.

Una breve nota: per favore salva le tue grandi feste altrove! I tempi calmi sono molto importanti e questo è un quartiere residenziale, quindi grazie in anticipo per essere un buon vicino.

Wonderful NYE getaway

We had an amazing stay in this house! Everything was spotless and incredibly well stocked, from beach towels and chairs to kitchen utensils and glassware. Our large group of 10 adults and 10 kids fit comfortably in the space and enjoyed the inviting common areas as well as all the different living areas and porches for privacy when needed. We also loved being able to walk to the beach and to all the shops and restaurants in Encinitas. This house is an incredible find and we will certainly be back!

Perfect spot for work retreat!

Treated my work team to a few days away and this house was absolutely perfect! Spacious enough for everyone to have their own time away but offered so many perfect living spaces to come together each day! Already planning to book again next year!

Loved It!

Endless Summer Retreat was the perfect place to stay on our recent vacation. The house is large and spacious. Each of our 20 family members had their privacy when they wanted. It’s location and proximity to Swami and Moonlight Beaches was perfect. Brenda was especially helpful before and during our stay. I highly recommend Endless Summer Retreat. When we return to Encinitas, we will most definitely stay here.

Beyond Fantastic!

My husband and I are just returning from a most wonderful family vacation! We rented directly from beachhaus rentals their Encinitas home called Endless Summer. We had all three of our children, their spouses and all 7 grandkids. The layout of the home is superb for having both fun all together gatherings and opportunities to have each family do its own thing too! Adding to the perfect home for so many is the spot on service from the Beachhaus staff! They respond immediately to requests or concerns and even scrounged up some tennis racquets for my sons to enjoy!

This place is was great for us and our three children with their spouses and children. Lots of room. Open, with lots of outdoor space. Several communal spaces along with plenty of places to be alone. And the location was perfect, very close to both the beach and shops/restaurants.

Great house for families

We stayed at the house for a family wedding. The home was well laid out ameith lots of common gathering areas. The location is perfect to enjoy the shops and restaurants of Encinitas. Neighborhood is quiet and the 8 parking spaces are a big plus. We would definitely return if visiting Encinitas again.

Amazing house!

We loved our stay in Encinitas. The house was everything we thought it would be. It fit 4 families very comfortably. It is designed perfectly with a fun “beach” vibe! They really thought of everything to make our stay easy and worry free!

Perfect for our 4- generation family of 5 couples, three toddlers, and two 30-something uncles.

The house is not just clean and well-appointed but scrupulously maintained. The photos don't do justice to the living rooms' charming mid-20th-century vibe. Brenda and Miriam were super accommodating and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The beach is low-key and fun, surfers polite, and sunsets beautiful. Great range of restaurants an easy walk. Could not have been better.

The house is beautiful! The set up Worked very well for our family of 10. We enjoyed the front and back balconies, and the grill worked very well for our family of 10. An Incredible Home that Never Ends!

My group embarks on an annual golf trip out to Torrey Pines however this year our AirBnB host decided to cancel the week of our trip, leaving us to scramble for a new rental. Boy am I glad our first host canceled! Brenda took us in and assured me that our group of 15 would fit comfortably in the house. When you first pull up to the Endless Summer Retreat it's difficult to tell just how much house there is. We continued to open door after door, leading to more and more rooms, kitchenettes, and lounge areas. We immediately realized that this house was AWESOME! The view of the ocean from the upper deck was stellar as well. The house seems to be brand new, all new furnishings and finishes really added to the overall quality of the home. Brenda was very accommodating with respect to check-in and check-out times, giving us an extra couple hours when the gang was having a "slow morning". Seriously, this house rules and I highly recommend it for anyone traveling with a large (or small for that matter) group that are looking for a reasonably priced stay in the San Diego area. Check it out!

Amazing vacation home!

I would honestly not change a single thing. We rented the entire house for a family reunion. It was the perfect layout. Everything we needed for our stay was already there - beach items, kitchen and bath essentials, cozy blankets for outdoor lounging. The house is beautifully decorated and the property manager is extremely helpful and quick to return texts/calls. The house is in a perfect location for walking to the beach or town. Amazing restaurants and cute shops are a few blocks away on PCH and Moonlight Beach is an easy .5 mile walk. We would definitely rent this home again.
