Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful property, could not have been happier with it. We had 8 in our group (6 teenagers and 2 adults), and everyone had their own with plenty of bathroom options.

Fall Beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good space in the house, but it needs new carpet and paint. Too many personal items and food were left by the owners for it to be a comfortable rental.

We have been renting in beautiful Kiawah for 15 years. This is my first negative review. There are stains on the rugs and the house needs a renovation. The pool is really a large hot tub. The master bedroom does not have a full closet or dresser. The dressers and furniture are filled with personal items and have no place to put clothes. The second bedroom on the first floor has no closet at all and drawers are full of personal items. The only real closet and dressers that had any open drawers was in a bedroom on the second floor which we had to use for our entire family of 5. We were there for a week and a wedding so many clothes and gowns. And to top it off, an hour before I needed to take a shower to get ready for the wedding, the water for the entire house shut off due to a faulty leak sensor. This was not our best experience.

Beautiful Family Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our vacation with extended family. It was very clean and provided all we needed for the week. Hillary with the management company was very responsive with any questions we had. There was a showing for a prospective buyer during our stay and she worked with our schedule to minimize any inconvenience. It's a short drive to the closest beach boardwalk. We would rent through ESPM again and will consider them for our next visit to Kiawah.

The quality of furnishings and decor was more like a regular home (I.e., not cheap rental quality). Home has high end appliances and fixtures. The kitchen is equipped with much nicer utensils, pots, pans, etc. than you would find in the usuall beach rentals. Loved the back porch overlooking the marsh. Neighborhood is beautiful too. Home is a little far from the beach to walk, but it’s an easy bike ride and there is a little parking lot at the beach if you want to bring a big load of stuff. If this house had pool access or a hot tub, we would rent again this summer. The house was also spotless.
