I hjĂ€rtat av den ryska floden Vin Valley-The Attic pĂ„ Red Chateau ligger pĂ„ översta vĂ„ningen i en gammal flod stuga med egen ingĂ„ng. Vid inresa kĂ€nner du dig som om du har trĂ€tt in i ett charmigt trĂ€dhus i skogen. Med över 600 kvadratmeter och moderna bekvĂ€mligheter har utrymmet unika vinklar, intressant design, mĂ„nga fönster med utsikt över skogen och vattenfallet, inklusive vackra gamla "runda glas" rundade fönster. Även om det inte Ă€r ett slott och inte lĂ€ngre rött, har namnet varit kvar sedan 1929. Utrymmet inbjuder dig att curl upp i hörnfönstret med en bok eller nypa vin i sittplatsen framför kaminen för mysig vinteravkoppling. För de varmare mĂ„naderna finns det ett privat dĂ€ck och ett spĂ„r nĂ€ra det leder dig till en sandstrand pĂ„ den ryska floden, dĂ€r simning, kajakpaddling och sola Ă€r populĂ€ra - cirka 7 minuters promenad genom Steelhead Beach State Park. Relaxation in the Trees

A hillside gem! A few steps up to the sunny deck before entering the quaintly appointed pied-Ă -terre. Windowed on all sides give view to lush treetops. Trickling water from the koi pond below adds to its charm. A short drive to Healdsburg!

A quant quiet stay in wine and river country

We had a great long weekend stay. Conveniently located near some great wineries and restaurants. There’s good hiking nearby. If you’re planning a canoe trip in the summer this place is ideally located. Our host made us feel welcomed. A super nice guy. I would stay again next time I’m there.

Such a darling place.

My partner and I adored this place! It's in a beautiful location, while still being close to many sites. The Attic is cozy, clean and comfortable, with all you might need. Plus you are surrounded everywhere by trees and it's so peaceful. It was a lovely way to spend our weekend getaway.

Great stay!

Really neat place to stay in the woods. Very unique and nice for a getaway to sit outside and look at the stars with some wine and/or beer. Very clean inside and well stocked.

I have lived in the Russian River Wine Valley several years. I enjoy traveling, new adventures and exploring, wine tasting, kayaking on the Russian River and Jenner Bay, hiking the forest and the coast, hunting wild mushrooms, making soap and various herb tinctures and I love cooking, particularly vegan dishes. I also have a love for Mexico and try and spend as much time there that I can.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The location is centrally located in the heart of Russian River Wine Valley. Central to Healdsburg, Guerneville, Sebastopol and Santa Rosa and best of all, close to the Wine Road. I liked that the property is adjacent to Steelhead State Park and the Russian River and that you have views out of every window into the forest. I love the proximity to the coast. Sonoma County boasts an abundance of gourmet cuisine.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is no cookie cutter house. I like the uniqueness, the old river feel and charm, and the many nooks and crannies. The old antique windows overlooking the forests sets the ideal ambiance for that getaway from it all feel and welcomes relaxation.
