Weekend Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It is closely located to many of the attractions, restaurants & facilities that we were visiting throughout the weekend. The owner (Derek) maintained exceptional communication with me throughout the entire length of our stay. Any time that I am visiting MB in the future, I will definitely look to rent this property again if it is available. Thanks again Derek!

Great golf get away

Everything was very clean. Great location. Quite nice neighbors. Met Ron in his Man cave. Great when you run into fellow vets and Trumper. Bed's are very comfy.

Spring Break Vacation

This is our second time staying at one of Derek’s properties. Because we had such a great first experience, we decided to wait for his listing while he transition from his last property to this property. It was completely worth the wait! This property is as advertised. It was very neat and clean. I am particular about cleanliness and this fit the bill. Had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we come back this way!

Best Condo Experience

This property is centrally located in Myrtle Beach in a quiet area. Perfect for golfers! Very clean and all amenities I could ask for. We will definitely stay there again.

The condo is better than the pictures. The beds are firm, with lots of pillows! The couches are comfy, and the kitchen is spacious. The showers had good water pressure. It was a great place to relax after days at the ballpark. Dereck was a great communicator and answered all of our questions close to immediately. By the time we got there, everything was covered. We absolutely plan to stay again!

Fantastic condo and location

Kick your shoes off and enjoy the stay! Great location. Right on the golf course. Very safe. Close to the beach and all the fun stuff. The kitchen has everything you need and we used it everyday. This place is comfortable and cozy. The owner answered quickly and was very helpful. This was one of my favorite stays. Thank goodness for the elevator after a day at the beach or botanical gardens!! Or shopping. Highly recommend this spot for a Myrtle Beach vaca.

Derek’s condo was extremely clean and perfectly located for our purposes - close to many golf courses, great restaurants and uncrowded beach access points! We also loved the choice of several pools in the development. Derek was easy to communicate with and made check-in and check-out super easy.

The place was okay, the only inconsistency I had anybissues with was the photos made the place appear to have 4 beds when in fact it had three. Upon further investigation there were some photos (maybe older) of the same room with different bedding and some furniture missing so it totally looked like a seperate room and bed.

Great location and great price

A beautiful, clean, comfortable condo for a family stay. A short drive from the beach, with lots to do and see. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. If you've had enough of the beach there's a great pool area and place to BBQ. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to Myrtle Beach!

Great place in a great location

Great place right in the Myrtlewood golf club complex. Close to Broadway on the Beach and convenient to the whole Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. The condo was very nice, decorated well, nice enclosed outdoor porch overlooking a scenic golf hole where we enjoyed watching approach shots into the green. Close to the pool. Great communication by Derek who was very friendly. Looking forward to staying here again.
