Conveniently situated, it's just a short drive to downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the iconic Biltmore House.
Step into the well-appointed kitchen, meticulously designed by Barbara, a former international chef and our co-homeowner. It's a haven for culinary adventures with family and friends, fully stocked with glassware, dishes, and essentials, including complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh fruit.
Upstairs, three bedrooms boast modern design. The master bedroom offers a cozy reading nook, and the other two bedrooms treat you to captivating mountain views. The loft includes a sofa bed and a convenient desk area.
We crafted this haven for your enjoyment in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Rest assured of your privacy, while we're just across the street, ready to assist. For added security, a Ring Doorbell and Camera discreetly monitor the surroundings. Your contentment and safety are our top priorities.

Asheville has been our home since 2003, and whether you want insider tips for your visit or solitude for self-discovery, we've got you covered. Barbara, hailing from Germany, and I, an American, crossed paths in Bermuda while working in hotels, got hitched, had two wonderful daughters, and soaked up 16 years on the island!

The Cliffs Community captivated us with its tranquil atmosphere near downtown. Situated on a hill, our neighborhood boasts 50 homes. Our residence, nestled close to the summit in a quiet cul-de-sac, is one of three homes, with the neighboring one being ours. This tight-knit community emanates warmth, creating a delightful environment with caring neighbors.

Step into Asheville Hillside Hideaway, designed with simplicity in mind. Clean lines and no clutter create an open, spacious vibe. Numerous windows capture natural daylight from sunrise to sunset, offering spectacular views. Wildlife is a regular sight; imagine a flock of 10-20 wild turkeys or an occasional black bear.
