This 1000 square foot penthouse features two private entrances, an eat-in kitchen, living room and built-in office nook, a sleeping alcove with a king-sized bed and a private bedroom with a closet, built-in dresser drawers and additional storage, a full-sized bed and a full bath. There is ample storage throughout the apartment.
(Please note the penthouse is accessed by two flights of exterior stairs. This space is not suitable for people with mobility issues.)

The space sleeps four, I may consider more people if it is a nuclear family traveling together. Please check in advance.
The space is located above my family's living quarters so be advised that the 10pm - 8am quiet time will be enforced. It's perfect for mellow getaways but not for late nights and parties. This space is not childproofed and unsuitable for small children.
Marijuana is legal in Colorado and we welcome tourists of all kinds. Please keep in mind that we have small children and don't want them exposed to drunken or altered behavior.
Flames, cigarettes, pipes, bongs and vaporizers are not allowed to be used on the property (inside or out) because of the fire hazard and odor. It will result in the loss of your entire damage deposit.
Please note that I have a 5-day minimum stay policy for reservations made more than a month in advance unless the current calendar only allows for shorter stays.
Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay and that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance in the event that your trip has to be canceled reasons such as illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, jury duty, weather conditions which cause delay/cancellation of travel or fire or flood in your home, this coverage protects your investment and will reimburse the normally non-refundable payments you make for your vacation rental. This property is licensed with the City of Boulder Property Number RHL-0001896. Stays are assessed the appropriate taxes which are remitted to the city quarterly. Stays of over 29 days are prohibited.
