Downstairs Unit A: 3-bedroom, 2-bath flat, perfect for couples or families. Decks on south, west and north sides of the property. Quality furnishings through-out!

Large living space with open kitchen, dining and living room with lots of windows.

Huge master bedroom with queen bed, sky lights and access to back private deck.

Second bedroom has queen bed and sliding doors onto back deck.

Greetings! I'm Nancy, owner and manager of Seapeace. I do my best to continue to make Seapeace the best rental in Manzanita and to make your visit an unforgettable experience.

In the current short-term rental market, I am the exception to the rule as I personally manage bookings, cleaning and full management of the property. This enables me to consider negotiate better rates for you based on needs. For example, if you are a part of 2 adults, I'm able to discount the rate for you. In addition, I negotiate lower rates in non-peak times of the booking season.

I am always a text or a phone call away if you have any questions or need assistance.

Manzania is hands down the best coastal community on the North Oregon Coast. Quaint, upscale and is growing mindfully; forward thinking - ensuring that Manzanita provides what travelers need without becoming a resort town. Manzanita does not have any hint of a tourist trap flavor, but if you want to get the resort experience, you have a quick 15 minute drive to Cannon Beach, one of America's top 10 resort beaches, then you can return to the peace and tranquil beauty of Manzanita. Native Oregonians already know, Manzanita is the 'prize' on the Oregon's North Coast.

In 2010, I completely remodeled Seapeace with new floors, cabinets, windows, appliances and furnishings.

Roomy, warm, beach getaway

We spent a wonderful four nights at Seapeace. It was very clean, which is really important to us, and is comfortably furnished. It is well located, a short walk to the beach, close to the golf course and town. We cooked in and it has a well stocked kitchen,. Beds are comfortable and bedding was nice quality. It has nice outdoor spaces, however we stayed in November, so weather didn't allow much lounging outside, but would be a definite plus in warm seasons. We would stay again.

Annual reunion with family

We had a lovely stay at the Sea Peace retreat. It is a great location to the beach and the home is very clean and peaceful! We will return to the Sea Peace again. Nancy is great to work with also.

Great location and property

We stayed here with 2 families and 3 small children (all under 5). The location was great - less than 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the golf course, and 15 minutes into center of Manzanita. The unit was very clean with good amenities. No issues for us with anything in the unit. We had a chance to meet Nancy, as she was staying upstairs, and she is a great owner/manager. Thanks Nancy!

A perfect retreat

Your first impression is indelible: Seapeace feels like someone's home. That's because it IS someone's home. The owner (your host) rents out the bottom floor of the home she designed and built. We found her immediately personable and warm. She showed a genuine interest in us and in what we needed during our stay. The care she has taken to make the property as comfortable as it is attractive is everywhere apparent. The master bedroom, even apart from its private deck, is huge. The other main bedroom, also opening onto a deck, is less spacious but charmingly outfitted. The variety of sleep options (there is also a third bedroom suitable for adults or children) addresses the ever-present need of all families for more space and more privacy. The two bathrooms are situated so as to be easily accessible from all three bedrooms. The furnishings throughout are comfortable but practical. Appliances work. Lamps work. The DVD player works. Instead of lining the bathroom counter with cheap shampoos and conditioners, the owner has gone to some expense to provide nice things that travelers do not carry with them. My wife was particularly impressed with the high-quality linens provided for bed and bath. Even the bunk-bed room had simple, lovely cotton bedspreads that made bed-making a breeze...for those of us who make beds. The beach is but a short walk down the street, and downtown Manzanita isn't far either. If you are at all weary of the touristy side of, say, Cannon Beach, you should try Manzanita--and you won't find a more serene location than this peaceful home.

We enjoyed a peaceful, relaxing visit

Nancy's rental was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were amazed at how light-filled, airy and spacious the first floor unit felt. Even though Nancy was living above, there was no sound heard through the ceiling. As a great host, Nancy was helpful, while allowing us our privacy.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Our family of five recently spent several nights at the SeaPeace rental. The home was plenty big for all of us; the communal spaces were open (kitchen, dining, and living room), yet each of us could get away to a bedroom or one of the lovely outdoor spaces (front patio, deck) when down time was needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishware, pots/pans, etc. and there were plenty of thick, comfy towels in the two bathrooms. The house was a great place to come back to after a day at the beach--the feeling of the house was welcoming and relaxing. On another note, the neighborhood itself was quiet and felt very safe.

We loved how the rental was far enough from the center of the town to be quiet, yet close enough to walk in. Each morning we walked on the beach into town to our favorite bakery before beginning our day.

Nancy, the owner, is a lovely person and we enjoyed chatting with her a bit and meeting her cute dog Zoey. I give this place top rating and hope to return there again next year, if not sooner.
