Great Piece Of Land . Nestled in between the Ocean and the Sound . Built in the 1980. Just recently a major renovation was done From New Siding windows and decks. to .Pavers around pool. Shuffle bored. Tennis Courts . Outdoor pool only right now. Indoor pool and hot tub are open year around. Beach has Lifeguards all summer long. Short walk to The Sunset Grill a favorite Among locals. with Amazing Sunsets most every night. Along with Jet ski Paddleboarding and more.
I will start leaving beach chairs for guest just be sure to clean off before bringing inside .
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Place was perfectly located and David was very nice! Only thing to know is that there weren't many supplies in the condo (no sponge, no extra trash bags or toilet paper, no dishwasher pods, etc). Not sure if that's always the case. The amenities are unbeatable!

Such a great place!!

We stayed with another family and the bunk room was perfect for the kids while parents still had their own spaces! We loved the short walk to the beach plus all the amenities and the beautiful pool!! We will definitely be staying again!

Great place to stay with kids, even in peak season it wasn't over crowded, all the other guests were pleasant and respectful, the location is perfect if you have kids of varies ages as there is a lot to do for all ages. No one was ever bored. Close to shopping dinning, quick, easy walk to the beach. You can see the ocean and parts of the pool from the back balcony and the parking area and tennis courts from the 2nd balcony on the "front" of the unit. It was PERFECT for our large family with 2 separate "adult" rooms and a great double bunk room for the kids. One flight of stairs to the parking which was not bad at all. Corner unit. The AC worked excellent, the only 3 things I would change would be the railing is still having issues which is pretty serious and I am sure not exclusive to this unit- the deck spindles were only made with what looks like 3 inch trim nails so they are pulling out which is super dangerous with the deck being so high. We made sure to keep the kids away from it. Plastic chairs on the deck just need replacing and the dryer had to run twice to dry thoroughly but what an absolute blessing to have a washer and dryer on site. The master bathroom exhaust didn't work but again, the AC was so good, it didn't matter. The place was clean and tidy and there were some beach toys a chair and an umbrella to use.Overall we would definitely stay again- I dont know who is responsible for the deck repairs but every spindle needs to be screwed instead of nailed.

Host was welcoming and responsive. Good room for guests in bedrooms downstairs. Easy walk to the beach! Nice views outside- can see the ocean a bit. Not a luxury place but clean, and peaceful in late December. Also very accessible to all the fun in Duck. We enjoyed placing shuffle board there and if you enjoy tennis, and a nice indoor hot tub, you will really like that benefit there. Unusual to find those amenities. Kids will enjoy it!

Great stay in Duck!

I want to thank David for letting us stay in his cozy beach condo! We loved the close proximity to the beach and “downtown” Duck. The condo is just as described - with character and beachy vibes! Perfect for our family of 4!
