The Luxury Seaside Getaway is done in the Provence style with hand cast plaster, faux paining, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and hand-selected antiques giving it both a romantic and European feeling. A reflection of the charm of the days bygone.
The kitchen is a chefs dream, fully equipped with wolf stove, sub zero refrigerator, granite countertops and custom PJ Mulligan cabinetry done in their seafoam green, a local color of the santa barbara area.
The bathroom is immaculate with limestone throughout and large shower for 2 with incredible dual shower heads. It also has a separate Jacuzzi tub that sits below a beautiful piece of stone carved art - the maiden - to relax in after a day at the beach.
The warm living room offers a 36' HD TV . It also looks out upon a large private encased courtyard complete with Italian fountain, chaise lounges, table and chairs and gas grill. Enjoy the California sun in-between the walks to the beach and town.
And the bedroom offers a king size bed.
Our Seaside Getaway is located in the most desirable location in santa barbara, 2 blocks from the beach, Las Banos public pool, Stearns Wharf, harbor, world-class dining, and downtown shops, including our own local farmers market. Leave your car and worries behind. We even offer RARE off street reserved parking.

Why Melanie Cava chose West Beach
We choose this location literally because it is the best. Walk down 2 blocks and you are on the sand and the Las Banos public pool is there. Walk 2 more blocks over and you are at the Wharf and State Street (main stree downtown) - so we are walking distance to all - Others will say they are but you have to walk 1+ miles just to get here. And we offer private reserved parking so you don't have to fight for a spot on the street. Finally we are in a nice residential area, not on a commercial thorough fare or next to the highway or railroad tracks for which some of the vacation rentals literally shake. One golden rule of real estate is location location and we have it.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our time in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. Our unit #7 was excellent, comfortable, all of the required cooking tools, very spacious and close to the beach and town centre. We would return!, cheers
Great location. We would stay again
We came in for wedding and friends and family rented multiple units in the "yellow house". I would highly recommend this for groups. Everyone had their own space in a great location and the condo's have everything you need. Thanks for a great trip!
Nice, easy, as advertised.
Small but functional, very clean, comfortable bed, nice linens. Kitchen has all essentials and spices, nice appliances. Super easy walk to State St. great to have private parking. Best suited for two people or couple with 1 child who won’t mind sleeping on pullout. My son (17) said pullout was “fine”. :)
The property was great, high end kitchen and bath. Easy to walk to many places!
We had a lovely time. The patio was very private and very nice to relax in. Grill easy to use. We didnt need for anything in the place that it didnt have. Overall would recommend the property to others.

The unit has an excellent location and is well equipped for a comfortable visit.
Check in time is 4 PM. Check out time is 11 AM. There are 900+ vacation rentals in the 'Santa Barbara Area'. Vacation rentals pricing follow the same trend as real estate pricing - location, location. The farther out you go out of Santa Barbara, the less expensive the real estate and the better the vacation rental pricing. We are located in the best area of Santa Barbara - the Historic West Beach Area - 2 blocks to the Beach and downtown Santa Barbara, yet not on a commercial thoroughfare, not next to the railroad tracks or not adjacent a highway. The 15% Tax Rate includes 12% TOT Tax and a 3% VRBO fee to owner. $300 Refundable Damage Deposit. Higher rates apply for Holidays and Graduation weeks. Inquire for monthly rates which depend on length of stay and season. Maximum occupancy up to 4. 50% of the rent, tax, cleaning fee & damage security deposit are required to confirm a reservation with the remaining 50% due 30 days before check-in.
