Great cabins

Great cabins with fantastic accès to the river. Definitely doing this over trailers or tents next time. The bar and pizza place is right there, pickle ball courts. It’s a great place

Annual Parker Trip

We had a great time on our family annual trip! Great private beach access. Launch ramp in the adjacent property. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly Recommend!!

Family Time

The trip was a cozy success. It's a secluded place so be prepared for rocky views. If you have a boat or rent one it's the perfect place to head onto the water right from the backyard. But honestly, we just went from the beach to the back patio for 4 days and it was exciting enough. Next time we'll rent a boat and stay a little longer. We took our little one there for his 4th birthday, so the whole family could get away and have some fun. We wanted to wake up and head straight to the beach for a couple of days. When the trip was over, no one wanted to leave. We spent all our time outdoors with the grill fired up and the wind from the beach in our hair. It's a great place to relax. They had all the essentials and helped with things we forgot, like sugar for our coffee. The one thing I would be aware of is the stairs to the 2nd bedroom, they are steep. So if you take a little one like I did you'll need to prepare to keep an eye on them. But it was simple enough to deal with by keeping the kiddos downstairs. The whole trip was a blast we will be returning.

Amazing Location

This property was exactly how it was advertised. The outside grilling area was perfect. We did all our cooking outdoors overlooking the CO River. We met a nice family in the villa next to us and enjoyed our feet in the sand. The only thing I would recommend would for the upstairs bedroom to have a dresser and/or night stand. I had to use a tote for my bed stand. Since there is no dresser maybe a few more hangers. Otherwise, this little villa was a perfect getaway and we hope to make it an annual vacation. The owner, Darcy, was very quick in responding to my questions. Thank you for an amazing getaway.

River trip

Loved the area, location and weather. House is very nice but lacked essential items. We didn’t have towels but after asking the office we learned they were In the dryer. No soap anywhere. No wine opener or can opener. Needed paper more paper towels. The location was absolutely fabulous and we had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend.

A day In paradise

We had a great time at the villas. The sandy beach was perfect, the outside kitchen bar was practical and we loved eating and hanging out in the patio. The villa was super clean and had everything we needed to spend a wonderful and memorable weekend with family and new friends. It was absolutely perfect, cant wait to come back next year!

Love the location!

I don’t remember reading in the details that there were 2 bathroom, so we were extremely pleased to see that there was! Made new friends with neighbors and made memories with the stay! Only thing was that I wished that the air had been turned on at least a little, it was totally off...we walked in and it was 98 inside, outside 104! Took all day to cool a little during the heat of the day! We love the beachfront on the river! Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent vacation spot with a private beach

The family and I had a fabuous time, our teenage daughters didn't want to leave, nor the dog. I could have easily stayed another month and enjoyed the private white sandy beach and beautiful accommodations. It had everything for everyone in the family, including a place to park the Sea Doo on the beach. Cooking outside on the deck and BBQ area were the best for just hanging out with the family while enjoying the amazing view of the Colorado River. Darcy and her staff were very professional and assisted with all our needs. We will definitely be back very soon!!

Parker trip
