Renovated and luxuriously appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit located in prime 4th floor location of most desirable building in town, The Grand Victorian. Unlike other units in my building, which were purchased solely as a rental property, this condo is my second home! For that reason, I have done many custom upgrades to my condo, and searched for the finest finishings. You will love the gorgeous tiled bathrooms and little details like the crown moldings in the kitchen and the beachy decor. Relax on the HUGE deck with bistro tables and a couch, or lie on the beach just a few steps away. I invite you all to come stay in my little piece of heaven in Old Orchard Beach!

This condo at the Grand Victorian was exceptional. Our ages ranged from 10 yo to 78 yo and everyone had a wonderful time. The view of the fireworks is literally a ring-side seat, but the condo itself was not only beautiful, but filled with all of the amenities we could ask for. The staff at the Grand Victorian were always cheerful and helpful! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Worth every penny!

Have spent quite a few visits in OOB and always saw the building. Finally got the opportunity to rent a wonderful condo and it did not disappoint. Family loved being right on the beach with all the hustle and bustle of the shore life below us! Shops and restaurants are all walking distance and fun to eat at. Kara was an amazing host and super responsive. Bill was a tremendous resource for us and very nice! Ample space, HUGE bathrooms, comfy beds, great views and great location. We're already planning out return!

Great Stay in OOB!

Condo was beautiful and the location was top notch. We've stayed on the other side of Grand Victorian previously and it did not compare to this property. My wife and I sat on the deck every day and night listening to the music below at the Myst, while the kids could go on the rides, grab a bite, or hit the arcade. Kara was great and we'd definitely stay again.

The balcony/deck was great for relaxing in the morning and perfect for the Thursday fireworks. The kitchen and living room were beautiful, honestly the pictures dont do it justice. One of the few times I've been surprised that it was better in real life! The only issue you might have is if you are a light sleeper it can be a bit noisy outside. Everywhere this close to OOB will have the same iasue with the train at least. Would love to stay here again. Almost forgot 2 large bathrooms and a washer and dryer...amazing!

Perfect spot!!

This property was amazing! Great access to downtown OOB and to the beach. We loved the view of the Palace Playland and of the beach. The train that went through town was awesome to hear. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with any necessary utensils for cooking and drink-making. 10/10, would stay here again! Property owner was quick to respond when I had questions prior to our stay and very helpful.

I used to be able to see my kids in Palace Playland from the deck of my condo while sipping a delicious cocktail in the sun with the ocean breeze keeping me cool. Heaven! This condo was decorated for my own personal use, not for use as a "rental unit", so you will find quality materials and attention to detail you will not find in other units in this building. I hope you and your family love it as much as I do!
