No puedes estar mucho más cerca de la acción con nuestro "Village Condo". Ubicado en la calle principal, (Hancock), estamos justo en el centro, por lo que puede caminar hasta las tiendas, restaurantes y la playa.

¡Sé parte del histórico Pentwater cuando te quedes con nosotros! Cuando entras al condominio, puedes ver que el edificio ha estado en pie durante décadas. Donde quiera que mire, hay características para admirar, desde la moldura de madera original y la carpintería hasta las hermosas chimeneas.

El edificio puede ser viejo, pero las comodidades no se han pasado por alto. Lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, cocina grande, patio, ¡la lista continúa!

In the heart of downtown

A great apartment located in the heart of the village. We enjoyed walking a few steps to shops and coffee and just a few more to the beach. The home was comfortable and had the amenities we needed for a great week's vacation.

Great ambiance and location!

I grew up summering in Pentwater with my extended family, but hadn’t been back for a few years. We found this listing and it was perfect!! Great location! Close to all the quaint shops and only a short walk to the beach! We’ll be coming again!

This apartment is beautiful! I sold my camper so I stayed here while my girlfriends stayed at the campground for our annual weekend away. It was so nice to have a place in town. My friend's daughter was taking engagement pics at the beach and even took some in the apartment because it's so charming.

Great Stay!

We had a great Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful, historic upper level condo. The location is great, just about a 1/2 mile to the beach. The lovely town of Pentwater is just steps from the door. Everything was as described and very clean.

Memorial Day Weekend 2023

We loved this condo. It is a gem in the heart of downtown Pentwater! We had a lovely time in our favorite place. The condo was perfect in every way. We will be back. The hosts were very responsive and kind.

Classic Charm & Location

This condo was the perfect location in the middle of downtown Pentwater. Very clean, classic style original to the building - together with modern needs (bathrooms, kitchens). Very spacious, with beautiful tall ceilings. The queen beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the deck on the back - for the sunrise, relaxing and even listening to the bands play in the park at night. The stairs leading up to the condo were interior, and the deck private. The hosts are friendly and quick to respond.

Downtown Pentwater Lodging

Very nice, very clean. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. If you or anyone in your party cannot handle a long flight of stairs you should seek other lodging. Bring a bike. Mears Beach and the general area is beautiful. If you rent a golf cart, you will not be able to drive it into Mears State Park without a MI license plate and a park pass. Overall, Pentwater is a great family oriented town that we hope to revisit and stay at the same VRBO.

Perfect location, middle of town

What a beautiful condo. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2). The kids ran down the long hallway between the dining room and living room. Location was excellent, middle of town. The tub in the master bedroom was pretty high to step into. Pentwater was does not wake early. There are at least 3 very good ice cream stores. Pentwater is not far from Michigan Adventure or Craig's Cruisers. A perfect location.

Lovely stay in Pentwater

We had a wonderful time in Pentwater and LOVED this Vrbo apartment. It was a great home-away-from-home: comfortable, clean, lovely architecturally, and well appointed. We stayed here with four adults and three children ranging from almost 2 to almost 5 in age, and we NEVER felt crowded; it’s such a spacious apartment. We had a very small issue with a couple slow drains in the bathrooms, but Mike came out and fixed it the same day I notified him, and everything worked perfectly after that! I was so pleased with the owner’s responsiveness and courtesy. Overall, the location of the apartment was perfect. We loved being right on the main strip and so close to our favorite ice cream shop! There was no issue with noise from the street, even when the front windows were open. We had a lovely stay in Pentwater and a are so grateful to have found such a lovely home-away-from-home.

Clean, cute and perfect location

This place was a perfect size for our family of five! Loved relaxing on the deck after a long day and it was so nice to be able to just go walk around town and grab a coffee and dinner. Weather wasn’t the warmest but it’s nice and close to the beach which is great as well. Everything was clean and comfortable!

A new look at Pentwater

As a longtime Pentwater visitor I wasn't sure about styaing 'in-town' but the apartment was great. Super location - if you can't be on the beach it's tough to beat this spot. In fact it might be too close to House of Flavors, but that's a good problem to have. Clean, good AC and wi-fi. I'd definitely return.

Beautiful Condo/Excellent Location

The owners have done a great job redoing the condo. Loved all the space available inside and out! Excellent location for the shops and walking to the beach. We had a great stay and didn't mind the stairs to get there, even with 80 yr olds in our group!!

The 22 steps up the stairs were challenging for us old guys but every bit worth it... lots of room for the two couples. Really nice rooms and everything so well stocked... every kitchen accessory one could need, extra pillows, towels and blankets. Totally wonderful!

Roomy, charming and great location!

This is right downtown Pentwater. Can’t beat the location. It’s very charming and comfortable with tons of antique detail. There’s tons of space. Patio is great. Would return! Not a beach house vibe, but great for fall visit for a wedding with my husband and mother in law.

Mike and I absolutely love Pentwater. Although we don't have decades of history and generations of vacations in our books like some of you - we have been coming for several years and instantly fell in love. The Condo is our second property and one we hope to share with many.

Once you step into the Condo you will share our love for some of the attention to detail. Properties like this simply aren't built as often nowadays and we feel very fortunate to own a bit of history.
