Hi Masha, I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay at our home. I just wanted to address some of the complaints you had about our home during your stay. First off, in regards to the beach pass, I made you aware of the fact that there would be no beach pass available because we were unable to obtain one due to the the recreation center being closed during the pandemic. In order to get a pass we would have had to apply online and wait up to 6 weeks to have it delivered, so we instead chose not to include it as part of our rentals this summer. I sent you a message a month prior to your stay letting you know this, so if it was a major issue with you, you should have relayed that to me at the time. So, saying that you would have made other arrangements if you had known this, you were given plenty of time to do so. Our conversations about this situation also never involved me discouraging you from going to the beach daily, I simply told you about all of the nearby attractions that Hyannis has to offer, as I do with every other summer renter. In regards to the cleanliness of our home, your complaints are a complete fabrication. We have cleaners come in and cover every aspect of the home, ensuring it was in perfect condition prior to your arrival. If you were so upset about the condition of my home, I would have appreciated if you had let me know the minute you arrived, rather than waiting weeks after your stay. If you go back and read previous reviews you will notice I have never received a single complaint, in fact I have had nothing but positive and appreciative renters. I would also like to let you know that the state you left the house in showed the lack of respect you had for the basic house rules and our property. The beds were never stripped, towels left all over the floor, baby food under the beds, dirty underwear, and used masks and gloves left around the house. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes and there were dirty diapers left in both the bathroom and kitchen. I am again sorry you did not enjoy your stay and hope you can find another rental in the future more suitable to your needs.
