Winter-early Spring Escape to Wine Country

From February 1st to April 30th, 2021 this meticulously clean and private house, complete with so many amenities, is available for relaxing in wine country during this difficult winter. There is a 30-day minimum due to the city of Sonoma regulations. The monthly rate is 25% off the weekly rate, with a bigger discount for additional weeks.

Located on the prestigious East side of Sonoma, close to Sonoma Plaza. this single level house has too many upgraded designer features to list! There is a glass peninsula fireplace separating the living room and dining room, a chefs kitchen with a giant quartzite island, state of the art appliances, and cooking tools. The house has high-speed Internet with Wi-Fi in all the rooms. It has Smart House features such as Sonos and Nest. There is a 60" Sony smart TV on the wall in the living room.

At each end of the house are two master suites, both with bidets, one with a complete office and one with a steam shower, jacuzzi jetted tub, and a brand new Tempur-pedic king bed with automatic controls. Decking crisscrosses the zen garden leading to a cozy gazebo complete with fire table, heat lamp, and hot tub to enjoy chilly outdoor evenings. There is a separate outdoor Art Studio to encourage your creativity.

The house has two offices for those couples who want to work remotely. The guest suite is used as an office and has a Murphy bed in a bookshelf configuration so the entire room is used as an office. There is a Restoration Hardware table that has room for two workspace - one is equipped with a riser that creates a stand-up desk. Don has run a Web-based business out of this office for several years.

The other workspace is for a laptop. The 2nd office is in a very large kitchen, with a beautiful desk. The HP printer in the office works with any Apple device.

The Murphy bed in the office turns into a queen bed. The office has its own full bath. The office has a door that turns it into a totally private guest suite.

The house is located at the center of an amazing range of beautiful places to visit, perfect to serve as a home base for day trips. To the West is Bodega Bay and the Pacific Ocean. You will pass through major dairy farms providing beautiful open land and scenery. If you take the Russian River route you will be passing through a wooded area and arrive at the coast where the Russian River meets the Pacific Ocean. San Francisco is 40 minutes south and Lake Tahoe is 3 hours northeast, close enough for safe auto excursions.

We are following CDC guidelines to thoroughly clean and disinfect, and we are waiting 48 hours and ventilating the rooms between occupants. Our cleaning crews always wear disposable gloves and masks while cleaning. All linens are washed at the highest temperature setting.
