Ok, so let's start with the positives. The house is perfect for a group of 12 people, it's spacious with plenty of seating and amenities. Even supplies such as laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, etc. The beds are comfortable and having a heated 3 car parking garage was really great. Plus the view of the Mountains, WOW! I hope to book this house again next year.
I stayed in the master which was perfect, several shower heads, steam room, bathtub, walk in closet the works. It was like our own mini house. However, it smelled like fecal matter. Come to find there is a small open room off the garage and closet with a lot of pipes in it where the smell just seeped through the entire master portion of the house. We had to close the door to the bathroom and run the fan in the bedroom just so we didn't want to gag when we were in there but had to embrace it when we wanted to actually use the bathroom.
We were told there was a lock box with a key and to never leave any doors open. There wasn't a lock box and when we arrived every single door was unlocked. Granted, I knew the location was safe but still.
We also didn't have a trash bin for pick up so we were unable to throw away any trash. Having lived in Montana, I know that you can't just leave trash out, something will get to it.
We also felt that there should be instructions on how to use certain things in the house. Especially where the chemicals were for the hot tub.
Finally, there was a section of the house that was still under construction. Not that it interfered with our stay but just kind of odd that we weren't informed.
Really, this house is perfect and we are glad we stayed here and if that smell can be taken care of, even just a door on that small area to the pipes we hope to book this house again. The house really treated us well. Thank you for the stay!
