Updated twin home in desirable coastal community of Encinitas. 1.25 miles from Moonlight Beach and the 101 in downtown Encinitas. The neighborhood is attached to the Encinitas Ranch Trail system with access to miles of dog friendly trails. 5 drive to Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. Walking distance to restaurants and Botanical Gardens. Entertain outdoors with dining table seating for 6-8 and adirondack seating for four and fire pit. Outdoor pizza oven that has been restored with Talavera tile. Luscious palm trees and plumerias in a gated private backyard with peek-a-boo ocean view. Sunset views from the backyard. 14 night maximum. Inquire for longer stays.
