The beach and weather were beautiful. The pool and hot tub are nice. The house was not luxury - for instance 4 of the bedrooms have jack-and-jill bathrooms instead of ensuite which we had not noticed before booking and we had to clean a very dirty BBQ ourselves, but it was large and serviceable for our multigenerational family and we had a great time.

Great location near shopping, restaurants. Unobstructed beach views and access. Spectacular sunsets. Property is large and clean with every amenity. Elevator access to all floors is a bonus. Pool is a great asset.

The house was beautiful and steps away from the sandy beach! The kids and grandkids had so much fun on the beach with the toys, kayak and paddle boards; I recommend renting them. We set up the volleyball net and had a few matches on the beach! They also enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Lyle was great at responding to any questions or concerns we had.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

This home was clean and lovely. Had amazing beachfront terraces, an elevator for bags and plenty of furniture on the decks. The beach very private and the water delightful. Having Publix close by was great for our food delivery. The pool and outdoor deck are was really nice but the lounge chairs were very uncomfortable so I ordered chaise cushions for the rest of our stay. Besides for that, the home is adequately equipped with beach towels, plenty of TVs and kitchenwares. Use of the bicycles and the paddle boards were an extra fee but should have been included. We ate lunch everyday on the outdoor table on the deck with a beautiful view. Restaurants in the area are bit touristy but we are spoiled NYers. The best Resturant was Salt Resturant that was just across the street and had live music…very convenient. We also liked Taverna Toscana, a bit outside the immediate area. We were only 4 adults and probably didn’t need such a large home but it was a perfect beachfront location, a fenced yard for my small dog and had a nice pool. We would definitely stay there again.

The reason for this is that most other homes cramp 7 and sometimes even 8 bedrooms into the same (or less!) square footage that we put six. Great Family Getaway

Great location! So close to Sarasota airport, close vicinity to all restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. House is clean and well stocked with all linens and kitchenware . Loved the private beach access and private pool! Will definitely come back again!
